Amazing excursion! - Had a beautiful day at the beach with our incredible host Serina. She not only educated us on our drive to the beach club but she made sure we all received plenty of food and drinks. Serbia went above and beyond. Highly recommend!!

I love Jamaca !! - Our tour guide dell was great, we tubed down a river for about an hour and the river guide shawn made it very fun. We then went to bamboo beach club for lunch and drinks and we were taking care of by Sharona who was our hostest, entertainer and waitress. My husband I had a great time. I love Jamaica!!

Great Day Trip - It was a great day. A nice 45 minute ride in an air conditioned van with great views and points of interest pointed out along the way. Keeriann was our tour guide, waitress and bartender. She was a ROCK STAR and made the trip a fantastic experience.

Beautiful Beach with great service - So much fun! Great drinks, great hospitality, awesome tour, felt very safe with both our driver Everald Davie and our hostess and tour guide Katherine! I'm allergic to pineapple and they were very considerate about allergies. Beach is beautiful. Jerk chicken was very tasty.

Just Good 🫥 - Staff were very welcoming. Served our food and drinks very quickly. Drinks and food were very tasty 😋 tho there was no reggae performance as advertised 😔 Beach was just ok

Love Daneika! - We had amazing time with our tour guide Danieka! She added an amazing amount of joy and energy to an early excursion. We would highly recommend this tour. .

Disappointing - We did not really get to enjoy our time there. Our hostess would disappear for 30 minutes at a time, while all other groups had very attentive hostesses. She missed us when passing out lunch and we could not find her to let her know until it was about time to leave. We notified another hostess, who said ours would be back soon. We didn't have time to eat our food and since we were waiting for her the whole time, did not get much time on the beach. Very disappointed. She was nice but extremely slow and I feel I paid for nothing.

Would avoid this excursion. - At the port, this company also had other excursions departing at the same time. A lot of confusion as to what line to stand in. People were standing in the wrong lines mainly because none of the excursion leaders had paddles or signage. When we scheduled the excursion 8 months ago, it was to be at 9:00 which was great since it included lunch. By the time we go t the day of the excursion, they moved it up to 7:15. The bus we traveled in was For Sale, very old, the shocks needed replaced, the AC didn't work, it appeared to be imported from Asia since it had Chinese messages on the seats, had troubled keeping speed gong up hills. The beach club is about a mile back on a gravel/dirt road. Sign when entering off of the high said "Safe to Park" The beach was full of rocks, some right under the surface of the sand so you really have to be careful walking. The sand pretty much totally disappears once you get into the water. 75% is large slabs of lava rock. Very few went into the water. The cocktails only included punch or pop with rum/vodka. They did comp us some additional time.

Do Not Recommend - Falsely Advertised and No Customer Service - No customer service - refund promised and now being refused. We attempted to do this excursion however due to the circumstances the tour operator told us it would be refunded. I have not been contacted for the refund and would like to request it ASAP. - we had no guidance on how to locate the tour pick up, after taking a shuttle to the next terminal we were instructed by the driver to board the shuttle for the Bamboo Beach Club - we sat in the shuttle for over 20 minutes with no guidance from the tour operators on next steps - after 30 min of waiting we were instructed to move to a different shuttle - we moved our group of 9 adults, including two infants, into the new shuttle to be told minutes later that it was the wrong shuttle - we moved to a third shuttle after the tour operator promised that we would be leaving immediately for the beach club - we sat in the third shuttle for over 10 minutes waiting to depart, at which point we were told it would take 1 hr to get there and we would need to leave 1.5 hours after arrival - we informed the tour guide that we needed to get off the shuttle as it has been an hour delay and our group could not do the additional delays. The tour guide informed me that we would be contacted by the host for a refund. The host and Viator are now refusing to issue the refund so we are out $600+ along with the wasted 1.5 hours on our cruise port day. The other 6 adults in the shuttle decided to stay and go on the tour, however they were all very upset, one woman was calling Viator customer service during the delay and many were yelling at the bus driver and tour operator. It was extremely tense and uncomfortable as everyone was upset with the tour operations.
