This 7-day itinerary introduces you to Albanian locales and attractions that have been recognised by UNESCO. Albania is home to numerous sites of cultural heritage, so this tour is a precious journey of cultural and archaeological significance.
Throughout our week-long expedition, you’ll discover the picturesque city of Berat, also known as the ‘city of a THOUSAND AND ONE WINDOWS’, as well as Gjirokastra, a quaint stone town that passionately preserves Albanian traditions and culture.
You’ll also traverse the historic city of Butrint, declared a museum in 1961 and brought under UNESCO’s protection in 1992; The Blue Eye Natural Park; the captivating ancient village of Qeparo, and savour leisure time on the charming beaches of Himara.
Moreover, you’ll get to visit Përmet, nicknamed the ‘City of Roses’, and we will transit through Tepelena, featuring a visit to Ali Pasha Tepelena Castle.
