The journey starts with a tasting of Poggio ai Laghi wines, dedicated to Donna Ava and her handmaids. Each sip reveals the story of the fertile Tuscan soil and the careful attention given to every stage of the winemaking process.

Following this, participants will taste the estate’s olive oils, including the distinctive chili pepper oil and white truffle olive oil.

The tour wraps up with a tasting of Poggio ai Laghi’s artisanal vinegars: the balsamic vinegar, a hallmark of Italian excellence, and the unique vinegar infused with Valdelsa onions.
