Great Downtown Tour! - My family and I booked the historical downtown tour and had a terrific time. Ray was a pro. He really knows Richmond and its history. It was great to get out and walk and really see old Richmond. These beautiful old buildings can get lost in the shadow of the VCU campus; Ray made sure we saw them. Thanks Ray! Highly recommend these tours!

Loved it! - We were in Richmond for the Veterans Day marathon and had the next morning to kill. Glad we did the tour! Richmond has quite a history and we all learned a lot as well as seeing some key downtown landmarks we would never have found on our own. I'm glad we did it and recommend the tour to anyone who's visiting Richmond and has a couple of hours to spare for a nice walk and a slice of American history.

Walking Tour - Great Lesson on History of Area - Jason was great, had a lot of background knowledge of the areas we toured. It would have been nice to have the headsets, if you weren't right beside him difficult to hear above traffic noise. Thoroughly enjoy it!

Hasty and Frustrating - Our guide was knowledgeable about the history but not about the history's connection to the present and seemed more interested in speed than in assuring attendees had a full educational experience. (In 90 min. there were 2 bathroom breaks but no time to read historical markers or to take pictures without falling behind.) She chose to hold rather than wear the mic; it often was too far from her mouth, making it even more difficult to hear through the poor-quality earbuds. This was not a $38/person experience, let alone a $150+ experience for our family.
