Safari Day in Hluhluwe-Imfozoli Park - We had a wonderful day - Nele, from Heritage, was very helpful when we had to change some plans in the day. Our guide Yamkela, shared very well his knowledge about the area and the multiples animals we have seen. It was a magical moment to live this experience. We recommend you Heritages Tours for a safari without hesitating - All the experience was very well organized by them.

Amazing - So grateful for the tour group pivoting in order to meet the change in port due to the cruise's change in schedule. Although a bit hectic for the pick up, it was smooth after that. The guides did amazing job with ensuring that we felt we had the path to ourselves. Which at times included an elephant and a family of rhinos. Will admit at times the guides were driving a bit fast, so we felt we might have missed something, but in the end we saw more than than imagined. Oh and that lunch was amazing so was the warthogs that joined us.

Great experience - Fantastic! They picked us up at our Guest House at the agreed time. Then drove us to the Reserve where we met our guide/driver in the park. The tour was excellent with many animal sightings, many close up. The scenery was spectacular so always something to look at. There was a breakfast stop and again for lunch. At the end of the day we were returned home by our transfer driver. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. They were also very knowledgeable and informative. I would definitely do this tour again.

What a day! - We had a day trip from the Richard’s Bay port to the Hluhluwe Umfolozi reserve. We had a fantastic day, our guide was called Kyle, he was very knowledgeable and passionate about the animals, it was lovely to experience his enthusiasm. He tried really hard to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. We saw lots of animals, my two favourites were the herd of elephants and the female giraffe with her calf, both took my breath away! We had breakfast and lunch included with the trip, both were very good and served hygienically. We had return transfers included from the port to the reserve in a very comfortable mini bus then we transferred to a safari jeep with only 4 people in it. The admin person Nele, was also helpful with her answers to my questions. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this company, and if you’re really lucky you’ll have Kyle as your guide.

Excellent Tour - Long ride to the game reserve, but worth it. Arno and Frank did a great job and were very interactive with our group. We searched for and got to see most of animals in the park.

Unexpected and unwelcome schedule changes - My wife and I booked a private trip which was supposed to start at 5:00 am. Tickets showing a 5:00 am pickup were issued. The day before the trip I recieved notification that the trip had been rescehuled to a 7:30 am pickup--with the drive time to the park, far too late to start a good game drive. Additionally, when the pickup occurref there were 11 others on the trip--hardky private!! I spoke to other people on the trip who shared similar experiences about unepected and unwanted start times. The operator was clearly disorganized and was scrambling. The guides on the trip were qualified and good.
