Exceptional - What a treat this was. I walked away feeling grounded, calm, and armed with the tools to recreate this feeling going forward. Andri was a fantastic teacher and truly loves what he does. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

A must do in Reykjavik! - Andri did such a great job at giving us a solid history of breathing and techniques, eventually diving into the Wim Hof breathing method. He then was very clear with his instructions for how to perform the method. It was clear that Andri was very knowledgeable about everything that he was explaining and he could easily answer any and all of our questions. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone in the Reykjavik area who is learning to improve their breathing and/or health. Andri is the person to go to!
