How to explore the city at your own pace. - A brilliant way to see Reyjkavik and to learn about the city/country. Excellent value for money. The GPS navigation worked fairly well.

Great choice for first day in Reykjavik - This was our first self-guided audio walking tour, and it was very accommodating given our inexperience with the format. The tour itself was interesting and informative. We took our time and deviated from the itinerary as we chose, restarting where we left off and replaying anything we had missed.

Extremely easy to use... - Extremely easy to use with your phone. No need to do anything but listen to the audio and take pictures. It guides you the whole way. And even though we arrived in Iceland a day later than expected, we were able to use it when we got here.

Interesting, informative and fun. - We appreciated the recommendations of places to go and the facts about local history. Our favourite part was her telling us about lake Tjörnin freezing over sometimes in winter and that you could walk on it then - we had a very good time walking across the lake. All the instructions were clear and it didn’t feel too long. Pictures are all from the tour 😊

Great info. Didn’t like long quiet pauses. - Loved the tour. I think having music played between stops would be nice. (there was one sit where this happened). We were constantly asking each other if the narrator was talking yet.

Haven’t used - Disappointed that I couldn’t use it as you have to follow exactly route and share your location at all times. I was under impression that you can just listen to the appropriate parts once you’re there, no matter the order. So haven’t used this audio tour, and probably won’t use any audio tours ever again after this experience.. definitely should’ve go for a walking tour

This is one of the worst user friendly attempts we made in the last two weeks with a tour - Four of us could not figure out how to download the app that needed to be downloaded and then once we got it downloaded, we can not figure out how to get it to work out in the city without good Internet maybe with good Internet it would work easier, but we should’ve been warned about that in advance And when we wrote a message to them, they did not even respond so we were out $45. Not a big deal, but it was very annoying to say the least.
