Highlights
- Geirsgata 11 - Check in at the Special Tours Ticket Office (Geirsgata 11, 101 Reykjavík). After you receive your boarding pass you will be directed to your fishing boat.
Board the boat and meet your crew, who will guide you to the protective clothing, fishing rods and bait.
While we sail out to the fishing grounds you will listen to a safety speech from your guide and receive instructions. Then all that’s left is to start fishing and reel in your catch!
The crew will grill the catch on board as we head back to land.

A Don't Miss Tour While in Iceland - We caught fish!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We had a great time even on rough seas. The crew was very knowledgeable and excellent chefs!

Great Fishing Trip - Great trip out into the ocean. A few of the other folks who booked the trip got their lines caught on the bottom of the ocean. The crew works hard ensuring with whatever they had on board that folks could still fish. Lots was caught and the fish cooked on board was delicious. Great experience and something different! Highly recommend.

Wonderful experience! - Such a fun experience! The guides are very friendly and thorough. The trip is long enough to catch plenty of fish, I caught two! The meal is prepared quickly and is very delicious! Highly reccomend!

Don’t forget your Dramamine! - The staff was amazing. Very helpful. The bus driver warned that it was rough at sea that day. We both took Dramamine and both got extremely sea sick. They also have Dramamine at the reception which I thought was very nice. It was our first time fishing and we were both able to catch something.

Fun experience at sea! - Wonderful experience fishing with Oscar and the crew! The food cooked on board was deliciously seasoned and prepared!

A great experience with dinner included - We picked the evening fishing trip
and had a great time from start to finish. The captain and crew made a point of checking on everyone throughout the excursion and changed fishing sites to ensure that everyone got a chance to successfully reel one in.
They cooked our catches on the way home and we left the boat with our bellies full. We had a great time.

Frustrated! - We are really frustrated to find the fishing trip canceled without a proper reason. They cannot offer us another time slot too. But we have to leave. We are too disappointed!

Come prepared, captain!!!! - We were drifting over a rocky bottom, as that is where the cod were. Caught one then next drift, got snagged up and lost my weight. We were using 5oz to get down to the bottom. Asked for another weight and they didn’t have any. This was literally after 15 minutes of fishing They took a reel handle and tied it to my line but it wasn’t nearly enough to get me down with the current. Also a lot of the rods had broken tips or missing the last eyelet. Once I complained and a few other folks got hung up and lost weights, the captain let the drift take us off the rocky bottom where the fish were holding so no one even had a hit after that.
