Our birth and upbringing took place in Reykjavík. To us, the centre of Reykjavík holds significant importance as we have witnessed its evolution from simple turf homes to the towering concrete structures of today. Reykjavík represents a beautiful blend of past and present. It is abundant with street art, museums, and cultural experiences that highlight the charm of our beloved capital city.

The only thing better was a full day tour with the same guide - We were really impressed with our tour guide Villi. In a half day he managed to show us so much of Reykjavik. The right amount of stories and history mixed with short walks to keep us all entertained. At the end we immediately signed up for a private day tour of the south coast for which my wife has left a review. I would recommend Puffin Travel to everybody. Thank you Villi.

Best city tour of Reykjavik - Fantastic tour! Really nice that the guide met us at the hotel. Our local tour guide had many wonderful insights about Iceland's history and culture. Guide gave us all the time we needed to explore and take photos. Guide made us feel like VIPs as we explored Reykjavik. This tour was one of the highlights of our visit to Iceland and was definitely worth the price. Highly recommend this tour.

Informative tour - Very informative tour! We learned a lot, and I appreciated the opportunity to ask questions. Reykjavik is beautiful, and this is a way to see the highlights in a short period of time. Make sure you are prepared for the weather, even on the city tours!
