Reasonably priced...easy to use - Very reasonably priced for bus tickets throughout the city! The Settlement Museum is not to be missed! No issues using the pass cards on the city bus. Everyone seems to recognize them.

Great Value - The card was great value and easy to use. I bought the card voucher online before I arrived in Iceland and I had no problem exchanging the voucher for the 72-hour Reykjavik City Card at "What's On" in Reykjavik. You also receive a pamphlet with a map showing eligible locations for the card. You will also need to check their website to find additional places that offer discounts for the card.

Great value to see a lot of Reykjavik - Bought the card in person in Reykjavik (had problem buying it online). Very easy to buy at one of the museums. Card enabled me to have a very enjoyable and varied time in Reykjavik! Went to several museums for free using this card. Some of the museums were excellent but some of the museums were small and I probably would not have bothered visiting them if not for this card. Got discounts using this card at 3 restaurants. Unfortunately at 1 of the restaurants the staff didn't know about this card but gave me a discount anyway. Went on ferry. Went on buses a few times. Went swimming at thermal pools. Many places included in card that I didn't have time to go to. Calculating all the money I would have spent at all the attractions, I used probably 2x the value of the card. Very worthwhile!

Great value for money - I didn't actually go on a bus but used the card for entry to many museums and galleries, the Videy Island ferry. If I'd paid for each of these individually it would have cost more than what the card did. I also got a discount on hiring a bike through Reykjavik Bike Hire. Great Value for money.

Great savings, in money, time, and just convenience. - This city card was amazing. You get access to a bunch of museums, art galleries, and pools. Most importantly the bus system which came in very handy. Most places you stay are within walking distance to busses. We definitely would to it again.. It was such a cost savings also.

The City Card is a good value if you visit the sites - I got a 72 hour card and still have one day to go. This card makes it so easy to see included sites and ride the city buses. Best sites so far have been the Settlement Exhibit, Whales of Iceland (discounted entrance with card), National Museum of Iceland (excellent on the history and culture of Iceland). I also visited to sites not included with the City Card. Although a bit pricey, they were both worth it -- Perlan, and FlyOver Iceland. And it's so easy to ride the buses; just show the card when you board.

Great Bus and Museum Pass - It would have been more useful if we had it on day one before going to the museums but I rode the busses about ten times so it saved me $27 there.

Convenient but not that cost effective - The price of the card just covers the expense of museums/activities we wanted to participate in by the convenience with the Coty Bus made it very convenient.
