- Reykjavik Sightseeing - We will start the tour from the Reykjavík Terminal in Skógarhlíð 10, 105 Reykjavík. If you have chosen pick up you will be picked up 30 min prior departure time and brought to the terminal where we will start the tour. We will head out approx 40 min ride from Reykjavík to the countryside to one of our great spots to see the northern lights. The location depends on the forecast that particular day.

The guide was really... - The guide was really pleasant and although we did not manage to see impressive images that were willing to rebook in our preferred date and were really quick to responding

Reykjavík Sightseeing Top Notch Group - Reykjavík Sightseeing is a top notch business. We booked 4 excursions-Golden Circle, Northern Lights, Blue Lagoon and glacier and ice cave, as well as airport pick up and drop off. Everything was exceptional- above and beyond customer service, knowledgeable and entertaining guides, clean vehicles!
We highly recommend this company for all sightseeing in Iceland!

Tourguide was fun - Even thought we didnt see any northern Lights. Does not mean we didnt enjoy ourselves. It was a fun adventure! We really enjoyed it regardless of the outcome! And had fun with the tour guide. But it was still a shame

Cancelled last minute Scam company - Horrible, the tour was cancelled few hours before pick up time. Then I received an email asking if I wish to rebook it, I replied straight way to say yes, but nobody ever confirmed anything. The reason why I booked this one is because it advertised it’s a life time guarantee but when I asked to rebook nobody ever replied and the phone number they provided, doesn’t work. This is a scam in my point of view, never book with this people guys. Bunch of liars, I’m disappointed how Viator works with a scam company like this. I am going back to book with Get your guide again as I never ever had an issue with them, but with Viator something unpleasant always happens.

Didn’t show up - We woke our 2 months baby and 4 year old daughter up past their bedtimes to go on the tour, but they never showed up for pickup! We waited for 45 minutes outside, messaged the provider and were on the phone for 30 minutes and no one picked up.

Changed pick up location hr b4 - I changed pick-up hr b4 it said you can upto 30 mins b4 pick-up, 4 busses came my name was on none of them , I waited an hr , couldn't get hold of anyone on 24 hr help line , I missed my trip , found out nxt morning the lights were amazing

Short viewing was disappointing - We drove an hour each way to a viewing spot only to get 15 minutes to try to see the Aurora. Friends on another tour had over an hour and got great photos the same night while we got nothing. And the lifetime guarantee for rebooking is only good for 2 years according to the guide. We were only in town the one night so I wish we spent more time at the viewing spot since the Aurora came out 30 minutes after our 15 minute viewing time.

Avoid !!!!! - I booked a Northern Lights tour for February 25, 2025, and paid an extra £15 for pickup. They instructed me to wait at Bus Stop 11, but there were two Bus Stop 11s just 10 meters apart.
The pickup time was between 8:00 PM and 8:30 PM, and I arrived early at 7:45 PM. By 8:40 PM, when no one had arrived, I sent them an email. Locals confirmed I was in the right place. The tour operator didn’t respond, so I called them. They told me the bus had already left. When I asked why they didn’t call me—considering I was just 10 meters away, a 30-second walk—they said they weren’t required to.
I rescheduled for the 27th, but they canceled at the last minute. When I requested a refund, they claimed they needed to “evaluate” the situation. Evaluate what? They provided no service and simply took my money. I opened a dispute with my bank .
