Our driver, Ingo was fantastic! It was... - <p>Our driver, Ingo was fantastic! It was a cloudy night so we did not think that we would see the lights, but the two drivers were expert at looking at the weather patterns and getting us to the right spot at the right time. The lights were incredible.</p>

Avoid at all costs - Total fraud !! Communication and company are Awful .We were picked up from our hotel and taken to a remote location , the driver was constantly on he’s mobile phone trying to locate the northern lights then after three hours said “ that’s it end of tour and we were dropped back to our hotel !!Going to seek legal advise as to where we stand in getting a refund .Don’t book with Viator other guests paid a lot less for a better trip and have a customer contact phone number !!!!.I will be emailing a formal complaint to Mr Rod Cuthberts office as a matter of urgancey ,
