The North Star (or aurora) are possibly the most sought-after sights that attract travellers to Iceland. This breathtaking celestial dance takes place high up in earth’s stratosphere due to a clash between solar winds and earth’s magnetic field. Our Aurora team tirelessly works during the day, monitoring weather forecasts to accurately predict a spot where you get the best view of the lights. We visit different locations daily, opting for the place with the highest probability of Aurora sightings. As the tour hinges on weather conditions and there’s no guaranteed sighting, you can participate in another Aurora tour for free.
