Very nice discovery of the Eiriksjökull glacier from Húsafell - Excellent excursion on and under the glacier. Ryan, our guide, was perfect as the driver of our off-road minibus, snow and ice half melted for a good part of the journey. Duration a little over 5 hours. We were lucky enough to enjoy lightly overcast weather, often sunny with a clear view of the glacier and the surrounding mountains. Price a little high (a little cheaper for the 10 a.m. departure) for an excursion that is nonetheless recommended.

Beautiful tour with a nice route to it. - It was a very nice tour with two pleasant and informative guides (Joakim and Nikola). The beast of a car got us up the Glacier even in harsh conditions without too much difficulty and it was breathtaking inside with nice lights and wonderful experiences of being in an ice block! Highly recommended! Thanks for the good day and nice tour!

One of a kind tour! - Great tour! Very unusual tour - driving out on the glacier was amazing. The guide in the tunnel was great - very fun and informative. Highly recommend the tour. The only downside was that it is a really long drive from Reykjavik - we made one stop to look at a waterfall and have lunch but the rest of the time was on the bus. Once we got to the tour - it was an hour to the tunnel in the special vehicle, hour in the tunnel and then an hour back - the rest of the time was on a the tour bus.

A Beautiful Experience for Solo Travellers - This was my first ever solo trip, and I’ve chosen Iceland as it’s been on my bucket list since middle school. I’ve always wanted to learn more about the glaciers, including their predictions on how long they will last, and this tour has answered those questions in detail and more! The guides for the tour were great; friendly and helpful - as well ensured that safety measures were taken at all times. (Also experienced some singing which was beautiful) Thank you!

Not to be missed Iceland Adventure - A unique experience. I loved all of it! Even the frigid cold and high winds were nothing compared to the awe of the drive to the glacier and the tunnel itself. My tip would be to make sure to use a flash for most photos in the cave.

An excellent option for those who like glaciers.. - After having already been on top of a glacier, in front of another glacier... all I needed to do was be inside a glacier... Having 150 m of snow on top is clearly a fantastic experience! 👌🏼🔝😉

Great Guides! - We had a wonderful time getting to experience hiking on a glacier! The one draw back was that we ended up waiting an hour to see the “ice cave”. I’m using quotes because it is a man made cave. Very cool to see inside a glacier but the cave itself was underwhelming especially after standing around waiting for an hour. We would have preferred more time on the glacier itself. Our guides Martin and Daniel were wonderful though! Martin kept the whole group engaged while we waited, which was quite a feat in itself. Also, Martin is a master photographer and got great shots of us we never would have taken ourselves.

Pick up came n left, just likes a public bus 🤬🤬😡 - We are a group of 20+ waited at hotel, booked through an agency. Voucher indicated to wait at hotel but too bad is that, bus just came n left likes a public bus. We chartered a bus, don’t think the pick up even stop for 2 mins as I was there waiting from 8.30-9am (They mentioned could take up to 30 mins waiting time). Until we solved this issue after 9am n etc etc, we wasted more than an hour… this is terrible and unacceptable!!! We need drive to Husafell for lunch break n toilet before going into the glacier. Yet a leisure n wonderful trip (I suppose) turned into a frustration and rushing journey. Not even enjoy… it’s sad to know that Arctic Adventure such a big company in Iceland could have such poor arrangement. The bus left and didn’t even come back, until there’s a temporary driver came to pick up. A last min driver assigned to drive us to Husafell… As previous reviews, this isn’t the first hiccup happen for the pick up. Please do something n improve in this part ARCTIC ADVENTURE! Incident as this, definitely not the adventure we want from you.

Avoid at all costs - I Ignored the review about them not picking you up. Do Not Make My Mistake!! We were at the pick up site 20 mins early and called the company before and during our pick up window. They told me to be patient and then said I needed to rebook. They made no effort to get my family on the tour. They subcontract pick up so there is no communication. I have taken tours throughout the world and never seen anything like this. To their credit, they did refund the cost of the tour but someone in charge needs to make changes. Watched several tour companies carefully pick up passengers. It’s not that hard and clearly a chronic issue. Respect your time and book elsewhere

Scam failed to collect us TWICE - SCAM!! This tour failed to collect us TWICE wasting 2 days of our trip. I'm absolutely disgusted with the treatment the first day the first operator blamed us when we were there an hour and half before pickup and then later were told it was due to weather and assured us we would be collected on the rescheduled day. The day comes and AGAIN NO COLLECTION. This time we are told our names were not on the list. They would not provide a transfer to meet the bus and so we have wasted 2 days of our trip of a lifetime as its too late to book anything else. I am awaiting a refund and hope this at least goes smoothly. I'm absolutely fuming. At all costs DO NOT BOOK this tour
