Banana’s Feeding Time - We got to see Banana, the humpback whale, and his companion feeding throughout the harbor. The creatures are so majestic! There is a cabin to get warm if you come in November like we did. Overalls are also provided if you wish for when you are outside whale watching and taking pictures. Everything was clean and well organized. The only rude people you have to deal with are other tourists. The boat crew is very kind. Overall wonderful experience and would do it again.

Well recommended thank you - Booking through trip advisor was effortless. The boat was perfect size. Toilets. Cafe. Heated inside and lots of outside decking. Free warm waterproofs although not needed. Interesting commentary. And even saw a couple of whales!

This tour comes in two... - This tour comes in two parts - a morning whale-watching cruise and an evening Northern Lights viewing. The ship is comfortable with an inside lounge and ample viewing area outside. They provided warm coveralls for us to wear over our clothes. We were fortunate to have a clear evening with a very active display of lights. It was a wonderful experience.

We saw a whale 👏👏 - We set off on 3hr whale watching trip and we managed to spot a whale not far from the harbour. We spent about an hour watching the whale dive and surface and it was fantastic to experience the sighting in the whale’s nature environment. unfortunately the northern lights evening excursion was cancelled due to bad weather. Highly recommend this operator for a whale watching excursion ❤️

Great, even when there was a problem - Had booked the whale watching and northern lights package, but unfortunately the whale watching during the afternoon was cancelled due to the conditions. When I then arrived in the evening for the northern lights cruise, there was an issue insofar as my tour operator had booked the experience with Elding for the wrong date (they’d had me down for October, when in fact I was there in November). After some time while the staff on the desk tried to work out what had happened, as they hadn’t been expecting me, they gave me a ticket and said they would sort it out with my tour operator. So despite the issue, which was beyond my control, I was still able to go without any problem at all. The staff couldn’t have been better or more helpful. We didn’t actually see the northern lights, but as a natural phenomenon they can’t be guaranteed. The guide on board seemed very knowledgeable and the boat was comfortable. I spent most of my time on the deck outside but went in as we were o the way back. The inside was comfortable and warm with plenty of seating.

Great whale was there, Northern Lights failed due to weather - Top tour, very nice crew and the photos are very good. Even if there was only one whale left, we saw it several times ... the short round trip to seal after other animals 8seals were also there), to give the animal some rest again I found good - there you could warm up well, because after all quite frosty. Too bad that the Northern Lights cruise was cancelled due to weather-related and low chance of Northern Lights, but I prefer to sit seasick unsuccessfully in the cold. Partial refund has planned without any problems as we could no longer make a rebooking due to departure. Really recommended. Thank you1

Disappointingly cancelled - Disappointingly cancelled. We booked a two part trip - whale watching in the day this was cancelled in during the day before the booking due to the weather. The second part - northern lights wasn’t cancelled at the same time so didn’t give us the ability to try and find something else to do. Ultimately both parts were cancelled - due to the weather and potential danger being out on a boat. Fully understand the reasonings why it was cancelled but very disappointed as we couldn’t rearrange as we went home the following day - the storm completely knackered our holiday, cost us a fortune and we spent more time watching Netflix in our room than enjoying the country
