Keflavik - Upon arriving in Iceland, travelers independently make their way from the airport to their accommodation in Reykjavík.

Blue Lagoon Tour

Blue Lagoon - Guests are picked up from their hotel or a nearby designated bus stop and transferred to the Blue Lagoon by bus. Please note, this is not a guided tour.

Enjoy the unique experience of relaxing in the silica-rich waters. The lagoon is set against an active geothermal area, providing a captivating view of lava flowing and solidifying into remarkable formations.

After a refreshing soak, guests are returned to Reykjavik, ensuring a smooth and revitalizing excursion.

The journey to the Lagoon and back to Reykjavík takes 2 hours. The stay at the Lagoon is 2 hours. Therefore, the total duration of this activity is 4 hours.

The Golden Circle

Thingvellir National Park - Pickup at 08:30
A 1-hour drive from Reykjavík to Þingvellir National Park.

The tour covers the famous Golden Circle, including a visit to the National Park and Rift Valley at Þingvellir, where the North American and European tectonic plates separate. Additionally, the ancient Icelandic parliament was founded there in 930, making it a revered site for Icelanders.

Geysir - Next, the tour proceeds to the Geysir hot spring area (1-hour drive from Þingvellir), home to the renowned Geysir hot spring, the namesake of all geysers. Although Geysir is no longer active, another hot spring, Strokkur, erupts every few minutes.

Guests have the opportunity to enjoy lunch here.

Gullfoss Waterfall - The next stop is Gullfoss. Gullfoss, Iceland’s iconic waterfall, is a stunning natural marvel located along the Hvítá River. The waterfall plunges into a rugged canyon, creating a magnificent two-tiered cascade that captivates visitors with its thunderous roar and misty atmosphere. The name “Golden Falls” is apt, as the waters often appear golden in the sunlight. Accessible viewing platforms offer a close encounter with the sheer power and beauty of Gullfoss, making it a must-visit for those exploring Iceland’s breathtaking landscapes.

From Gullfoss, the journey back to Reykjavík takes about 2 hours.

South Shore

Seljalandsfoss - Pickup at 08:30

This day features a scenic drive along Iceland’s south coast. The coastal road offers views of glacier tongues, waterfalls, rugged hills, black sand beaches, and famous volcanoes.

The tour travels to Seljalandsfoss Waterfall (approximately a 2-hour drive from Reykjavík), which stands 60 meters tall. Visitors can walk behind the waterfall, but should dress appropriately, as the mist can cause wetness.

Skogafoss - The next stop is the majestic Skógafoss Waterfall, one of the country’s most powerful waterfalls, standing 60 meters high and 25 meters wide. The waterfall’s spray often creates a single or double rainbow on sunny days.

Reynisfjara Beach - The tour then visits the black sand beach at Reynisfjara to admire the geological formations and crashing waves. Caution is advised, as the waves can be dangerous.

Vik - Before returning to Reykjavík, the tour visits Vík í Mýrdal, a coastal village nestled in the shadow of the Mýrdalsjökull glacier, which covers the Katla volcano.

The drive back to Reykjavík takes about 3 hours, with some stops along the way.

Whale Watching Tour

Reykjavik - Discover the whales of Reykjavík with expert guidance from marine biologist guides and learn about the incredible wildlife that inhabits Iceland. The bay is teeming with birdlife, including puffins, gannets, and guillemots, all feeding on the abundant fish.

The area is surrounded by magnificent landscapes, providing a striking contrast to the vast ocean, with spectacular views on the horizon that should not be missed.

Guests board the whale watching boat through the Visitor Centre, which features several outdoor viewing platforms, a heated indoor saloon with large viewing windows, a cafeteria offering light refreshments, toilet facilities, and a cloakroom where blankets and overalls can be borrowed for the tour’s duration. Guests can enjoy the fresh air outside or relax inside the heated lounge and observe from within.
