Golden Circle Tour - Artic adventures was great at giving us time to explore and see so much in one day. Their stops were thoughtfully planned out with timing and advice on how to make the most of the stop. Thankful for their advice and direction we planned for all the weather we could experience (ie rain). We enjoyed being able to see so much in a short time

Thoroughly enjoyed Golden Circle tour - We booked a small group 8 hour tour of the Golden Circle and had a fantastic time. I cannot say enough good things about out tour guide, David, who was punctual, informative, knowledgeable, friendly and gave us a lot of great insights.

Golden Circle Tour - Outstanding Experience…!!! - Despite the changing weather conditions, our Tour Guide made this experience something we will be talking about every time we reminisce about this trip. Her knowledge, sense of humour and willingness to accommodate went above and beyond. We will definitely be booking our tours through Arctic Adventures when we return to this incredible country.

Golden circle and snowmobiling - We had a wonderful full day tour. Starting with the national park and tectonic plates, followed by the geysers. We added on snowmobiling which was so much fun. Last stop was the waterfall which was amazing. Our guide Peter was funny, friendly and informative, he went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend.

Great day out - Highly recommend the tour. The sights are amazing! Was a well organised trip and Matt our guide was brilliant, lots of facts and good humour 🤩

Words can’t describe how... - Words can’t describe how much fun I had on this tour. Our tour guild was amazing. What a dream come true. Seeing Iceland is a bucket list item checked off.

One to remember! - Amazing day trip from Reyjavik with Arctic Adventures and our driver / guide Toby. We did the Golden Circle with Snowmobiling on a Safari Jeep (small tour) and we loved every moment. There was loads packed in from hearing Icelandic history and folk stories to seeing Thingvellir park and the recreated parliament and meeting / parting of the American and Eurasian tectonic plates, watching the geysers blow and steam, snowmobiling on the glaciers with the incredible snowmobiling team (including Toby and Andre) to the visit on our way back to Reyjavik to the beautiful Gullfoss waterfall. Memorable day and can completely recommend Arctic Adventures and the team! :)

Great tour day, a little rushed in places - Overall a very good tour. Our guide Palli was very friendly and entertaining, with a great sense of humour - he was also very interactive and knowledgable about the country and the sights we visited, and spoke to us frequently while driving. He also handed some chocolates out at the last stop which was a nice gesture. We were picked up between 8-8:30am. After a quick bathroom and snack stop in Hveragerdi, we visited the Kerid crater (20 minute stop), Geysir area (45 minute stop), Gullfoss Falls (45 minute stop) and Thingvellir (60 minute stop - we walked through the national park to another car park area). We were running well within time, so there was also an extra stop to see some Icelandic horses, and an extra viewpoint in Thingvellir. We were dropped back near our hotel around 4pm, so around an 8 hour day in total. Our only criticism is it felt a little rushed at times and trying to stick to quite a strict schedule, and we would have appreciated some extra time at each stop. We were advised to have lunch while at Gullfoss - 45 minutes doesn’t seem quite adequate for this, while also making the most of the time there. As we had time for extra stops, perhaps we could have had more time at the main sights instead - ie. 30 minutes at Kerid, and 60 minutes at both Geysir and Gullfoss. Especially as a lot of visitors may be unlikely to return in the future. Otherwise an excellent tour with a great guide and would recommend.

Disappointingly rushed - We went on the golden circle tour 01/03. We were really disappointed as the golden circle with Kerid Crater is a great tour, but our tour guide must have been in a rush to get back home! First she left without us and had to come back to the bus stop (we were on time but there were lots of buses - and the bus wasn't an Artic Adventures bus!) Apparently she called us but to be honest she mustn't have tried very hard and must have left at 8.01 - she then had the cheek to say we must have arrived late!). We had so very little time at the different places and we felt very rushed - especially as it seemed like she was going to leave one couple at the first stop who had got lost - we didnt want to risk being late back to the bus! We got back to the city about 3pm, which considering we didn't leave until about 8.45 and we had the hiccup at the first stop that delayed us by about 30 minutes, means we had very little time, which was very disappointing

Tour guide insisted I’m Chinese and I’ve told him I’m from Taiwan. - I was being racisms and discriminated by a local tour guide. 被旅行團導遊種族歧視，中文內容滑到最下面 I booked a day tour to Golden circle on 8 Feb, my agent was Arctic advanteures. Then the bus coming to me was your day tour. Tour guide just assumed and called me Chinese, I’ve clarified I’m from Taiwan. And he insisted I’m a Chinese if I speak Mandarin Chinese. So people speak English are all American. People speak Spanish are all Spanish ??? There are a lot of people speak mandarin/Chinese in Asia, but he just kept saying Chinese is a culture, it doesn’t mean I’m from China. I’ve clarified I’m not comfortable about what he said, he just kept having excuse for his rude behavior. Afterward, he came and told me he called people “Allah” and those people were not angry and didn’t care they were from other countries. How can a tour guide call people by their religion ? I don’t understand why a tour guide was saying that and he was not aware any of his inappropriate behavior, he even defended and argued for himself. I didn’t pay for being lessened by an icelandic tour guide about being Chinese or hearing he’s calling people Allah. His comments made me uncomfortable while journey. I didn’t have any mood to enjoy the beauty in Iceland and this is my last day in Iceland, that’s the memory I got. Plus, when I was waiting for pickup, as I said my agent was arctic adventures but this car was your day tour, I didn’t receive any mail that the car to pick me up would be your day tour, I paid a lot attention on arctic adventures mini bus. this tour guide even didn’t get down the car and yell the name. I went and asked eventually and he said he was waiting some Asian and Chinese. I asked who is he waiting. He said “ I don’t know how to say their name, don’t know how to say their name”. He repeated himself twice. He even didn’t try or spell the names ! It’s me having a look on his waiting list and found myself there. And he told everyone in the car there’s some Asian or Chinese. But he still stayed in the car, I was not sure if he’s doing any effort to reach these people. Then he just called his agency and said these people didn’t show up and he couldn’t wait he had to go. Then we left. But based on my experience, he even didn’t get down the car, and it’s me checking my name on my own. He just waited and thought people would come and ask. Anyways, horrible experience and already wrote the review and report to the agent and government. 我2/8訂了黃金圈一日遊，原本是跟arctic adventures 報名的，但來接我的車子是your day tour. 上車時導遊直接說有個Chinese girl 他確認一下 我當下反應我來自台灣，導遊舉手示意要我安靜因為他在點人數，事後我重聲一遍 導遊完全不在乎並說你說中文吧？那就是Chinese 所以說英文的都是美國人？ 說西班牙文的都是西班牙人？ 他開始回說Chinese 是華人文化，又不代表我說你來自中國，接著他開始解釋他知道台灣啊吧啦吧啦吧啦 非常沒禮貌，已經表明我不喜歡這個稱呼導遊卻沒有任何道歉，甚至堅持己見 到了第一個景點後導遊過來跟我說：你是台灣人後？（重新解釋他的Chinese理念），我也都直接叫阿拉他們阿拉，他們也沒有生氣也不會在乎他們來自不同國家 我的天他直接叫人家「阿拉」？他用宗教去稱呼別人？ 這是旅行團欸，導遊的基本專業素養呢 我不是花錢來冰島給人教育何謂Chinese 欸？ 另外，在等待接人的時候，我訂的團是arctic adventure，但來接我的車標誌是you day tour 所以我自然一開始沒有去問這台車，後來等了好一陣子才開始每一台車都在問 我問導遊說你有在等人嗎 導遊說他在等幾個亞洲人跟中國人 我就說叫什麼名字 導遊就說他不會唸，他不知道怎麼唸亞洲人的名字 他連嘗試都沒有！就一直說他不會唸，不會唸要怎麼確認？ 最後是我自己上車看名單，發現自己在上面才找位置坐下 然後導遊就跟車上的大家說還有幾個亞洲人或中國人 這時間就是等，我看導遊也沒有下車叫人 最後他就打電話給他的機構說他等不到這些亞洲人，寄信也沒有回，出發時間要到了沒辦法再等 最後我們就離開了 加上他一開始只待在車上也不打算說我們亞洲人的名字時，我覺得他根本超消極，是不是根本就不希望亞洲人在他車上 已經寫信給該代辦，希望有後續
