A Great Way to See Iceland - We had a great time on this tour, however the paperwork received stated 7 hours for this, but did not realise this did not include Sky Lagoon, we were out for 12 hours in total, it was worth it but take plenty of supplies. We were taken on the tour by Darren and Helgi. Darren was very informative and entertaining throughout and we saw some great sights, he certainly knew his stuff. The Sky Lagoon was beautiful and relaxing, we had the 7 step ritual included in our package, but only found where to go for this by change and thought it probably wasn't worth the money as felt quite rushed through. Overall I would thoroughly recommend the tour and the lagoon, but think twice about doing the 7 step ritual.

Well worth the long day! Unreal views - Picked up bang on time as per email. The tour bus was a new bus so good condition. The tour itself was great! The views were utterly breathtaking. And I must say the sky lagoon was a superb ending to the tour! Started 7:30am and finished 6:30pm so it’s a long day but well worth it. Plenty time at each stop for food, toilets, and pictures as well! Well worth the price as well.

Loads of Fun - This is a beautiful place to see! Sky Lagoon was a highlight for me! I would definitely recommend this tour and do it again!

Lack of Information leads to wasting time - The most memorable part of this excursion was not being told that non-lagoon users are not permitted to enter the lagoon to capture beautiful images. I wasted two hours in a waiting area for the bus to return to my hotel location. And, when it was time to catch the bus to leave, it was not clear where to wait. I had to ask several people for guidance and directions. It was neither a pleasant experience nor a good use of my time. I have been waiting patiently to hear from Reyes Serra Rodriguez at Grayline about my request for a partial reimbursement.

Beware pickup times/Sky Lagoon Pure 7 step ritual AMAZING! - They never picked us up from the bus stop where they were supposed to! Was there early by 15mins! No refund…then they allowed us to do the Sky Lagoon that was AMAZING! But interesting enough we again showed up early a they arrived early by 15mins a picked us up then!! Interesting…asked our hotel about them an they said they don’t refund from their mistakes!

Poor customer service. - Do not book. Grey line are incredibly poor at responding. The staff at the office are rude and have poor customer service. We missed the bus by 5 minutes due to their terrible response time. We were only able to do the tour because our hotel concierge stepped in to help. We also had to call the Sky Lagoon and rebook ourselves. The tour overall was overpriced, and would have been much more enjoyable as a small group experience. Pay for the small group.

Great experience. But AVOID ‘takes no responsibility Viator’ - Sky lagoon was fantastic! Sadly the whole thing was shadowed by Viator not making the booking, meaning we had to pay twice. Viator took no responsibility and refused to give our money back…….book directly with sky lagoon don’t book via Viator.
