Amazing Experience!! Highly Recommend!! - We had a great time on our tour with Lalli! He did an amazing job explaining not only the history of Icelandic food, but the history of Iceland itself. My wife and I have a much stronger appreciation of this great country after our time with Lalli. He is very personable - it was like we were taking a tour with a friend! I strongly recommend this tour for anyone travelling to Reykjavik with an interest in food and culture!

Book this Tour!!! - If you have any doubts about booking this tour - just stop and do it. Lalli was unbelievably friendly, charismatic, and informative on our tour. We learned so much about Icelandic history, food, and drinks. You can tell this isn't a huge tour company, but a group of friends who want to share the story of Iceland. Lalli even provided some suggestions and tips on our drive the next day down through the southern coast! I can't recommend this enough - you won't be disappointed.

Fabulous tour with Laly - Highly recommend this tour. Laly was born and raised in Reykjavik and was able to tell us so much about the history of Iceland and show us around town and made it fun and interesting. And that wasn’t even what the tour was about…. The food. We went to several restaurants where we got to taste the local food from then and now. From fermented shark….not my favorite 😂 to Rye bread baked in the ground with the geothermal water to amazing salmon, fish jerkey, delicious lamb and veggie soup, fish stew, fish and chips, hot dogs and more. Then on to a local bar for a flight of 4 different Icelandic beers. Laly was so friendly, we felt as if we were visiting a friend. This is a must in Reykjavik.

Book this now! - Lalli was the best! Funny, engaging, full of history facts regarding Iceland, food, the people, culture and how to save money while visiting. I am so happy we booked this outing our first night in the capitol city. You cannot beat the price. Generous food portions at several stops and then craft beer! I could not drink all the offerings of beer at the last stop b/c I was so full! Lalli is a trip and it shines through b/c he is doing what he loves and it shows!

Delicious tour of Reykjavik! - Wow! What a delightful 3 hours! Definitely plan on the tour being dinner. We ate at three different places (and a beer flight at a local bar at the end) and tried a variety of delicious traditional Icelandic foods. Lalli is funny, engaging and a wealth of knowledge. He’s a native Icelander- informed us about history, mythology, politics, how food is prepared and so on. He’s very charming and so is Reykjavík! So glad we did this tour on our first night in town.
