This is not a group tour. You will go at your own pace. - We booked this as our cruise excursion. To begin, you’ll need to walk outside the cruise terminal to the designated pickup location. From there, a bus will take you to a transfer point where you’ll board another bus to the lagoon. Once at the lagoon, be sure to check the return bus schedule—you’re free to stay as long or as little as you’d like. On the way back, you have the option to be dropped off in town at one of the scheduled bus stops. Please note: this is not a guided group tour, but rather transportation and admission to the lagoon.

Well worth it - Amazing experience, was nice and fairly quiet on the day we went. The slight rain did not take away from the activity. It’s brilliant too that you can spend as little or as long in the lagoon as you like so long as you know when your buses back are to the city

An absolute MUST in Iceland! - The Blue Lagoon was even better than we'd hoped. We went on a Saturday, it was easy enough to get a bus from Reykjavik. You secure a time to arrive but then jump on whatever bus you fee like to get back. All lockers were taken so it was a busy day but once you were in the lagoon it didn't feel like it. It's such a huge space and so steamy that you can easily keep your distance from others making it feel so secluded. The weather was 2 degrees but felt like -5 with wind chill. Once you're in the water you don't notice. We saw some people wearing beanies but the water is warm enough you don't really need one. Definitely take their recommendations when it comes to hair care. Leave a bucket load of conditioner in your hair before entering the water and keep your hair out of the water as much as you can. We thought we'd only be here for a few hours but ended up staying for 6 hours and caught the last bus back.

Really really enjoyed this relaxing and beautiful spa with very helpful staff - This was just a relaxing and peaceful experience. The staff were very helpful when I lost my bathing suit. We did this after a long week of lots of walking and tours, so would recommend as a last day activity to heal from the week.

beautiful, but not easy to navigate. - I did enjoy the blue lagoon, but the trip was cancelled due to volcano activity, then it was rescheduled. when I called the company they could not give me any info. they said call trip advisor, but I could not reach trip advisor. My thought is if trip advisor is giving them business, they should be more helpful. they told me they did not recognize my confirmation number. luckily the hotel staff was very helpful. also, we did not get to spend enough time at the resort because the trip was originally cancelled, so we had to take a later bus. I thought I would receive a bath robe but they said not and I would have to pay extra. I don't like being nickel and dimed for everything. I did enjoy the Blue Lagoon but the travel and information could have been easier.
