Really useful - Such handy! It drops you off at all the main points such as the Perlan museum, the tower, the harpa, the shopping centre. I used this to get around Reykjavík and had absolutely no complaints

Efficient and easy way to see the city!! - Excellent service, always on time and very efficient! A great way to see the city and sights with really helpful and knowledgeable staff. Easy to book and use. Paul the guide in particular was excellent at his job and fluent in so many languages. He was very helpful and went out of his way to assist me and two other American tourists!

Reykjavik - Disappointing as I thought it woukdvtake me up to Cathedral but don't recall it doing that area at all. Just along waterfront, Perlan and Whale Museum and industrial area

Probably best in the summer months - I would recommend only in the summer months when the bus comes every 30 minutes. In the winter months, it comes only every 45 minutes; too much standing around in the cold.

Good option to get to know the city - As in many other cities, we decided to take the tourist bus to have a first approximation of the city and get to know the most notable places and their location. We took a ticket for one day, although there are also longer ones. This bus has stops at different tourist places, and you can get off and on again at will during the service time. Although the service is good, more frequency (45 minutes from October to May) and above all longer duration (from 9:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.) would be appreciated.

Lack of audio dampened our experience - Lack of audio for a large part of the tour - the driver forgot to start it! Bus was clean, yet late on arriving at almost every stop. The sights were good and stops easy to locate once we had explored an area. Good value for money, would still recommend.

Paid for no tour - It was May 1st a holiday. No one told us that. The bus was to use a different meeting point. It never came. We went to the desk at the Harpa Concert hall and no one knew anything. I tried calling the number provided and never reached a person. I tried messaging the driver and he never responded.

Skip It - What a complete and utter waste of time and money! There were no working audio/headphones/information provided on the entire tour. We hopped on and were given no information, no headphones and no map to follow along. When we went down the stairs to ask for headphones, we were then told-sorry the audio isn't working. Nothing else was offered to assist us in seeing what ever the heck we were seeing. Absolutely the biggest waste of time and money in all our years of traveling. Skip it!
