Anna was awesome - We did a champagne region tour with a small group (6 people all up) in a very nice van. Anna our guide worked previously in the wine industry and had lots of knowledge. Her English was perfect with a very nice French twist.

Excellent tour, Etienne was a wonderful guide! - Booked last minute the night before, but accommodated my wife and I for an excellent all around tour of the area. Etienne is a very knowledgeable gentleman with excellent English who had worked in the champagne industry and was happy to share his knowledge and experience with us, in fact, he came in on his day off! Lunch was excellent, paired with local wines and champagnes. Visited Dom Perignon’s grave. The tour agenda, and Etienne in particular, made for an absolutely wonderful learning experience!

Amazing guide that enlivened a very hot summer day - Thomas is a very friendly guide that is a native of Reims and has a rather interesting life experience before he became a guide. His positive outlook of life truly embodies the French lifestyle - if it’s too hot in the day, it’s fine because I get a to drink a good bottle of wine at the end of my work day and chill. Love it!

Superb! - An excellent tour. Martin was very knowledgable and friendly. It was a nice balance between a big change house, i.e. Mumm and and smaller places such as P. Lancelot Royer. The tasting at Collery and the lunch was superb! Merci!

Disappointing and overpriced - I am writing to share feedback on our recent family tour to the Champagne region in France, which included a luncheon and champagne tasting. While we appreciated the opportunity to explore such a beautiful area, there are a few aspects of the experience that we believe could be improved. Firstly, Martin, our driver was friendly . However, it is important to note that he was not equipped to serve as a tour guide. His heavy accent made it challenging for us to understand the information he was trying to convey, which led to repeated requests for clarification. This language barrier unfortunately detracted from our overall experience, as we were eager to learn more about the region and its offerings. Additionally, although the van was equipped with a microphone, Martin used it for less than 60 seconds throughout the entire tour. Instead, he spent most of the time speaking quietly to the two passengers seated in the front, leaving those of us in the backseat unable to hear or engage during nearly two hours of driving. This limited our ability to benefit from any insights or commentary he might have provided. During the luncheon, we encountered some confusion regarding the dishes served. While we were grateful that dietary restrictions were considered, we were not informed about the specifics of the dishes, being served beyond the obvious items like salad bread and cheese. This lack of information left us uncertain about what we were eating, which was disappointing given the culinary aspect of the tour. Furthermore, the champagne and wine tasting lacked the informative component we had anticipated. The guide's role seemed limited to pouring drinks, without providing details about the types of champagne or wine, or suggestions for pairings. He did refer to laminated printouts for our second tasting. In the end, it felt as though we simply had a driver and someone to pour champagne, rather than a comprehensive tour experience. Considering the cost of $1450 for six people, we felt that the experience did not fully meet our expectations. In hindsight, organizing our own itinerary with a dedicated driver and luncheon might have offered a more enriching and personalized experience without the expense.
