In this Workshop, I will provide a comprehensive guide to everything Champagne. Together, we will explore the various terroirs of this incredible region and get a detailed understanding of each step involved in creating this spellbinding wine.
You will be introduced to the art of savoring champagne, including how to select, serve, and truly relish it. I will also impart knowledge on how to properly store it and the best times to enjoy it.
As a grand finale, we will sample 3 spectacular vintages - each a distinct champagne - designed to turn you into a connoisseur of champagne and its many layers.
