Not a place for Pilgrims - This was the worse accommodation experience of the 27 days walking the Camino Francés. My friends arrived after walking 7 hours in the rain and were soaking wet like all other pilgrims arriving that afternoon. When we asked about how we could dry boots, we were met with a shrug and what sounded like - no. Then when we asked when the heating would come on and how long it would stay on - again a shrug with 9:00pm and 6:00am respectively. This was a lie as we learnt through the night and early next morning - there was no heating. Also there were no pouches available for the bag transfers - again a shrug. I wandered around town in my pjs in the cold and rain to see if other Albergues had one for me - thanks! Funny they were very engaged when they wanted me to leave the next morning while I was waiting for a taxi - no shrugging! Do yourself a favour and steer clear of this place!
