Praia da Ingrina - You’ll explore the hidden caves of Ingrina and Barranco beaches, near Lagos on a Stand Up Paddleboard.
Beginners and experienced are welcome! ASI certified SUP Instructors will deliver a 10min land based lesson on techniques and safety. All paddle boarding equipment and wetsuits are provided.
You are now ready to hit the water, starting at a slow pace, stopping to enjoy magnificent grottoes, rock formations and take pictures. Visit hidden beaches, and paddle inside turquoise water caves. You’ll also be swimming inside a couple of smaller caves, for some adventure. You will even get the opportunity to try a couple of cliff jumps! We’ll paddle along the beautiful coastline of the Algarve between Ingrina and Barranco beaches and then return after having spent 2h in the water. Pictures and videos are included, the guide will do that and you’ll receive them by email afterwards!

Our garage is right next to "The Den" Café, once you get to the main traffic lights turn towards Ingrina / Zavial and you'll see this Café. Two doors down on the left you’ll find our garage with our logos. There’s free parking on the street and by the playground close to traffic lights.

Really enjoyable morning exploring the coastline - We really enjoyed our morning paddle boarding and exploring a peaceful and beautiful part of the coastline. Our guide made sure we knew all the safety aspects for paddle boarding and paced our tour so that although we fitted in a lot we also had time to soak up the experience of being in the caves and to look around and appreciate our surroundings. Our teens really enjoyed jumping off a rock into the sea and we all swam into a smaller cave without the paddleboards too. As a group with mixed paddle boarding experience it suited us all. Thank you for a fun outing!

Nelson The Great - This was me and my teen sons' first experience with stand-up paddleboarding (which was 99% sit-down paddleboarding in my case). Our guide, Nelson, was incredibly patient with us and a great instructor for the boys. The experience itself is something you can't get any other way except with small conveyances like paddleboards and kayaks--a journey into and through some of the smaller limestone sea cliffs around Raposeira. Nelson took great pictures with his camera and e-mailed them to me within 48 hours. Please be aware that the business does not have a bathroom or shop, so you'll need to take care of business before you go and carry your own water. Coastline provided the wetsuits, which were needed in the frigid May waters. This was a highlight of our trip and I would recommend it to anyone. Obrigado, Nelson!

Spectacular day out - This was a brilliant, well organised, safe tour with Nelson & Clara . We had near perfect conditions and the views, caves and water were spectacular . Have SUP'd before in Portugal but this was a thousand times better . Our 9 year old came too and shared a board with his Dad . We had a brilliant day and will come again next year . Thank you

Genuinely amazing experience. - I would 100% recommend stand up paddle boarding with Nelson, he's friendly, knowledgeable and fun.
The Coastline at Lagos is honestly stunning and I'm sure we saw more on a SUP than you would have done by boat.
We were lucky that we didn't come across anyone else for the full tour meaning that it was just us, Nelson and the caves, magical.
I was a holiday rep for quite a few years and have been lucky enough to do MANY excursions and I would say this is one of the best I've ever done.
Thanks for giving us the best day of our holiday.

Wonderful and Unique - We went for the Sunrise SUP tour and it was awesome. Probably the most special sunrise I have ever experienced. Highly recommend!

Fullday tour was amazing - Fullday tour with in the morning the Sup tour and in the afternoon the Coasteering was perfect. The Kids(14,16 and 18) enjoyed it enormously. Thanks for the great experience.
