Santy express - We attended the Santa Express, this was a magical experience. So much effort went in to decorating the place with lights and the elves were so enthusiastic. So many activities to do. We also ate in Buffers restaurant it was fabulous and so reasonably priced. A truly wonderful experience.

Great day out. - Excellent day out. Had two young girls with me. 3 and 5 years old. They thoroughly enjoyed every minute. We spent about 4 hours there altogether and the heavy rain showers didn't spoil the day at all.

great space for walking in nature,thanks - great place for walking ,we liked all the sculptures and parkland was very well kept,just enough wilderness that you feel it.
had a train run and felt like small children again

Just lovely - Teddy Bear's picnic was just lovely!!
All staff so pleasant, friendly, helpful and enthusiastic. It's such a fab atmosphere in an already beautiful place.

Family fun - Really beautiful place, the grounds are stunning and loads to do for the family. The train ride was brilliant, went every 30 mins to an hour which showed the grounds. We had a picnic with us and loads of sitting areas. Restaurant looks lovely and i have heard good reviews, also lce cream truck for a treat. We walked the red trail which had loads to see and do from sculptures, to fairies, to swing, trolls and the maze was great entertainment. Kids loved the playground too. Great day out, would definitely recommend.

Really worth it! - A fantastic day out. We have two young children and the park could not be better for them! Lovely space, playpark and picnic areas. The train ride is substantial compared to others and the girls loved it. Only disappointing thing is the top gardens round the house are now closed to the public, whereas they had been open five years ago and were lovely. But we explored everywhere else.

Lovely Day Out - We really enjoyed the park, great walks and you can either follow the map they give you or the app. We went on the train and it’s lovely to travel around the park in it.
I took a star away for the high price of the park and train.

Pretty but overpriced and underwhelming - The experience was very underwhelming and I hire overpriced. The staff didn’t appear enthusiastic at any stage and the train tour which was supposedly 4km was only about 1km and offered no other views to the walk. Not much to see in the park either.
However, it was very clean and well manicured and had great toilet facilities.
