Pinnawala is located about 75km from Colombo towards Kandy. The orphanage is open from 8:30 am to 5:45 pm. Visitors can interact with elephants during their scheduled feeding and bathing times. If interested, you can bottle-feed baby elephants, but this requires advance booking.
