Arawak’s Rest Stop - One of the highlights of Arawak’s Rest Stop is the food stand that serves authentic Jamaican cuisine. Floyd’s Pelican Bar - A floating bar off the coast of rural southern Jamaica. Floyd’s is regularly touted as one of the best bars in the world, certainly one of the most unique. With a quick boat ride you’ll be off to the bar to relax with a cold drink, have a swim or enjoy a fresh seafood dish.

We’ll kick off our journey at a popular local establishment where you can sample the characteristic Jamaican brown stew fish accompanied by classic starches (including fried dumplings, boiled dumplings, banana, yam, or sweet potato).
Next, we’ll take an enchanting drive through the picturesque Jamaican countryside before reaching Scott’s Cove (also known as Borda), where you’ll taste the delectable Escovitch Fish and Bammy. Our journey continues to Saint Elizabeth, where we’ll support local Crayfish (‘Pepper Shrimp’) vendors.
We’ll end the tour with a boat trip to Floyd’s Pelican Bar for some swimming, meal or a refreshing beverage. This one-of-a-kind, open-air bar, perched on a sandbar in the heart of the Caribbean Sea, is just off the Jamaican shore. With its construction on stilts, the bar can only be reached by boat.
