A fragrant hillside garden on ancient rock terraces. - It was a delightful meander through the beautiful hillside garden. Just me and the young gardener who obviously loves sharing his knowledge about the history of the place and the trees, vines, flowers and herbs that have been planted there. I had the added benefit of tasting the fruit of the prickly pear cactus which was a first for me. We were accompanied along the way by beautiful lizards 🦎 and by the sound of the river below. A lovely experience for anyone interested in the natural world. I recommend it.
