As I embarked on the Ha Giang Motorbike Loop Tour, I was filled with anticipation and a sense of adventure. Our journey began in Ha Giang city, where we met our guide, Thanh, and the easy riders, Nghiep and Huong. Thanh’s knowledge of the region’s history and culture was immediately apparent, and his passion for sharing it with us was infectious. As we rode through the winding roads and mountain passes, Thanh regaled us with tales of the local ethnic groups, their customs, and the significance of the landscapes we were traversing. The first day took us through the Pac Sum Pass and Quang Ba Heaven Gate, where the panoramic views left us in awe.
