Excellent guide, interpreter and a hell of a nice guy - I hired Daniel for a private all day tour to Otavalo for a story I am writing for National Geographic. He was absolutely wonderful! He showed up exactly on time at my hotel and swept myself and my partner off to Otavalo in his clean, comfortable car. On the way, he shared all sorts of information about Ecuador and Otavalo and we stopped at a fantastic bizcocho cafe for a snack before we got to Otavalo. Once there, Daniel was an excellent guide and helped me to accurately interpret what the people we spoke to were saying (my Spanish is only so-so and his English is pretty much perfect). He was kind and patient throughout a long day. I would hire him as a guide again in a second and highly recommend Llamingo Travel for guided tours. Thank you Daniel!
