Awesome experience! - What a great introduction to my first time in Quito! Daniella was very informative and enthusiastic about the art and food life in Quito. I was the only one on the tour and she made me feel very comfortable. I met so many lovely people and ate some really delicious authentic food. I opted for the hotel pick up and return, which Daniella used to provide extra insights to the different parts of the city.

Fantastic way to end our 2 weeks in Ecuador! - We spent 2 weeks in Ecuador and this tour was the highlight of our trip. We met Santiago at the designated location and he took us on an incredibly interesting and educational tour of street art and street food in a neighborhood we never would have otherwise explored. We also visited a small gallery and met the artist who kindly signed some pieces with custom notes. The food was plentiful - and delicious. We stopped into one family restaurant for tamales and grilled meats, moved to another for a delicious munchine (yuca stuffed with cheese that simply melts in your mouth). Next, we went to the park and explored the various food carts. The empanadas de viendo were life changing! Finally, we ended up at a cool bohemian bar/restaurant for an evening cocktail before our guide found us a taxi and made sure we were safely on our way to our hotel. This tour and tour guide are highly recommended!!!!!

Food, Drinks, and Art by Night! - This food, art and drinks tour was our first tour on our Quito vacation and what a way to start our time there. Our guide Santi was an awesome person to have show us around the la forestal neighborhood. We visited small restaurants, street food vendors and ended our night at a local speakeasy and had hot wine to conclude the night. Not to mention a stop at a local independent art gallery. Completely recommend, thank you Santi for a very enjoyable evening tours like this are why we travel.

Amazing Ecuadorian Food and Culture - Santi was a great tour guide. He had so much knowledge to share about culture, art and cuisine. As well as enjoying incredible Ecuadorian street food we got to see many mural paintings and experience the vibrant arts community. We would take this tour again in a heartbeat!

Excellent food tour in Quito - Santi was a terrific guide and was able to show us several important pieces of local street art and murals. He also curated a fantastic collection of local dishes that were a good representation of what Ecuadorians (and Quitanians in particular) enjoy. I would highly recommend this tour.

Go with another food tour - We really loved our guide, Santiago, who was knowledgeable and open about art, politics, culture, and food. However, this particular tour was not worth it (almost $250 for two people including taxes and hotel pickup/dropoff). There were limited food choices, as it seems many vendors operate more during the day. We also weren’t really offered a variety of food and almost everything we had was fried. Would probably recommend another food tour during the day. The last stop was a cool bar with a great vibe, but we were rushed to finish and would have rather had the option to hang out. They advertise 3-4 hours but we were done in about 2:45.
