- Locro de Papa (Potato Cheese Soup) - The Locro de Papa is a classic dish from Quito. It is a savory dish, with tons of cheese, potatoes and decorated with an avocado rose.
- Quinoa Soup - For those that are lactose intolerant a Quinoa Soup is right up their alley.
- Traditional Quito Shrimp Ceviche - Served with shrimp cooked to perfection, onions, various tomato textures, and orange juice. (The starter dish can be modified to your requests)

Andres, the proprietor, will greet you at your accommodation. If your lodging is near the market, we will proceed on foot, otherwise, we will journey in my comfortable SUV. We’ll commence your adventure with a tour of the conventional Central Market and adjacent areas where we’ll gather fresh local ingredients for your cooking class. Following that, we will make our way to a restaurant nestled in an enchanting Colonial structure at the core of Old Town Quito. This excursion will immerse you in the local culture, teaching you how to cook 3 native dishes with a gourmet spin that you can recreate in your own kitchen.
