Hop on hop off - Good trip. Guides gave information on big English & Spanish. Enjoyed stops on the way. We had time to take pictures

A great overview of Quito - The tour guide was welcoming and thoughtful. Her English was good; she presented the tour in both English and Spanish. Lots of traffic but well entertained.

A very good plan - Very good plan, visiting the historic center at night was a very good plan, it is very beautiful and visiting monasteries and domes at night was a very good plan and it was very safe

Excellent - We had a great time as a family, we loved the option of getting off at strategic points, having an hour to walk and the available option of getting back on the next bus that passed in 1 hour.

Great tour - It was easy to find the starting point. The bus was as expected with a live tour guide who spoke in both Spanish and English. Getting on and off was easy. Great way to get an introduction to Quito.

You might want to stay on until El Panecillo - The Quito city tour bus is a nice and reasonably priced way to get an overview of the city. Our guide first gave information in Spanish, followed by English. We got off at Mercado Artesanl la Mariscol, but after waiting 20 minutes for another bus to come along, took a cab to the Old Town instead. From there, it was pretty tricky to get back on the tour because we didn't know where the stop was. We did actually find the bus and liked that the stop at El Panecillo had built in time to get off and visit while the bus waited.

Frustrating service for clients / no compromise - I am really disappointed in Viator. There was an error in the payment process and it showed me, that it didn't get payed. So my friend booked the same tour for us 3 again over her App. When I looked the next day, it still got withdrawed from my card, even tho I got no tickets and your app said, that the booking didn't go through. When I asked your clientservice for a refund, they declined my inquiry. I booked many times with Viator and I am just deeply disappointed that Viator won't help me here. Because it wasn't my mistake and even tho the process didn't work the first time, I told my friend to do the same booking again over Viator and not another company. Probably I will never book again over Viator.
