Such as great time! - Our tour guys were awesome!! They knew I was having a great time and wanted to go fast. Even though at lunch it started to downpour and we were not able to swim at one of the beach stops, the rain did not put a damper on the day.

Great Time with Maria - We had the most amazing time with Maria when we visited at the beginning of March. She was a great tour guide and we couldn't be happier with our visit. She made sure to add details about our trip that we wouldn't have known and took her time without rushing us from spot to spot. We were able to stop and snorkel and then we stopped at Punta Sur and then went for lunch. Afterward she took us shopping to a place that had decent priced souvenirs. The vehicle we were in was a jeep and was very comfortable. It would have been nice if it had 4 doors but we made it work. Thank you Maria for the great tour!!!

Cozumel Buggy-Don't waste your money or your time - We happened to see this buggy tour while shopping in Cozumel; it looked like a lot of fun. We also read several reviews on Trip Advisor and thought we would give it a try. We were extremely disappointed in our experience. Let me be clear. Saul, our guide was great. He made the best of a bad situation. But tour was scheduled to start at 1:30 p.m., and we were instructed to be at the appointed meeting place at 1:15 p.m. At 1:30, no one had showed up. We thought that perhaps the first tour was just running a little late. We waited and waited. At this point, my husband contacted the company to determine what the problem was. He was told that our guide would be there in 10 minutes. Saul finally arrived at 2:00 p.m. and apparently did not know that the tour was supposed to start 1:30 p.m. After several apologizes, we were on our way. We decided not to snorkel, so we relaxed on loungers at the beach club. Since the tour started late, we skipped a beach stop and asked to be taken to the included lunch. That was very underwhelming. The lunch was not even at a restaurant. It appeared to be a large palapa with tables and chairs underneath. We were served simple fajitas and had to pay separate for chips, salsa, and bottled water. The only redeeming quality was that we had a view of the ocean. After lunch, we stopped to take a few more photos and then asked Saul to take us back to our drop-off. Saul was nice enough to allow us to end the tour near the ferry pier so we would not have to take a taxi back to take the ferry. The bottom line: tour 1 star. Saul, 5 stars. By the way. We did provide this feedback to the company.
