Fantastic first visit to Cozumel, mojitos, swimming with fishes, wonderful coastal views, courtesy of a great guide. - We had a great day with Charley, he arrived on time & at location specified. The vehicle was as described with drinks available. Charley was very courteous asking us what we would like to do & see. He hit the brief completely, he took us to the beautiful coastline for pictures. An excellent mouthwatering Mojito bar seeping drinks at the beach. Then he took us to an excellent beach resort for brilliant snorkeling- wonderful. Charley was very knowledgeable about the island & its history- a perfect guide. We had wonderful day, do enjoyable & that was done to Charley . We would highly recommend this company for a tour of the island. Excellent communication by email & text.

Great visit of Cozumel with guide Felipe. - We loved our tour on Cozumel. Very well organized, follow up by app after booking. Our guide Felipe was awesome and waiting for us at the promised location. We arrived by cruise and within minutes after we got off the ship we were on our way. The archeological site San Gervasio was beautiful and so interesting. Felipe gave us the tip to take a special guide there which made the visit so much more interesting, guide Nachos had so much knowledge about the Maya culture what he shared with us, so glad we followed Felipes advice. After San Gervasio we did some beautiful sightseeing along several beaches, had lunch in a great local restaurant at the beach. The seafoodsoup was the best ever! Next stop was the nature park up to Punto Sur with the lighthouse. Beautiful, saw lots of animals (crocodiles!) and climbed the lighthouse for beautiful views. Felipe made sure we were back on time and gave us a beautiful memory of Cozumel. Thank you so much. If you do not want to take an excursion by the ship with lots of people, but rather be only with your friends or family, this is your tour. Do not hesitate to book by them, you'll have an amazing day!

Nice tour with a great guide! - My family and I had a great tour of the island with Enrique. He was really nice and extremely knowledgeable! I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to explore the island! We didn't know exactly what we wanted to do but he asked us questions and made suggestions. We had a great day with Enrique and hope to be back again in the future!

Totally awesome & informative. - We absolutely loved our excursion with Charly. It was phenomenal. Basically, he was just an amazing guide and we highly enjoyed the whole experience. He asked if we wanted him to answer any questions or wanted just for us to have quiet, so he was very respectful of our wishes. We told him we loved to learn more, so he gave us lots of information and education about the island and the places we went, and took us to a place for lunch that had fantastic food. We went to the Mayan ruins, the bee sanctuary, and a cafe by the beach. We learned all kinds of interesting facts. We were able to have 3 experiences just in one day and it felt very full. He was very kind and helpful, and patient with any questions or requests we had. The only downside (and it wasn't his fault) was that the chocolate company didn’t have any tours open when we could go, but Charly really did try on that, and everywhere else was very interesting, even places we didn’t know about or wouldn't have thought of on our own. The Jeep also was very clean and comfortable. Thank you Charly, and Cozumel Shuttles and Tours!

Wonderful day in Cozumel - Loved our guides knowledge of the history of the area. Charlie asked what places we wanted to visit and took us to our favorite restaurant Cocnuts 🥥. Will ask for him to be our driver on our next visit.

Tour Guide Needs to Advise of Extra Cost of Various Tour Options in ADVANCE of Proceeding - Tour guide apologized for keeping us waiting 40 minutes to start the tour, because he hadn’t noticed the change notification of where our ship was docking. We enjoyed the ATV tour and Tequila tour. We were then driven to the National Park, but never advised of its extra cost. We were flabbergasted by our guide suddenly demanding US$100 once we arrived at the end. It was lovely there, but time left on the tour didn’t allow time to do anything but look at it briefly. Driver behaved unprofessionally about our objection to the surprise cost, shouting and flailing his arms. He finally negotiated a “special” price of US$80 for the 4 of us, which we found out later is the same cost quoted on the website. Otherwise, the tour was good on a beautiful sunny day. The rented car was nice and air conditioned. Other than his rude outburst, the tour guide was polite.
