Highly Recommend Tulum Extreme!!! - Our family of four, boys 9 & 12, had so much fun! Seeing the ruins in Tulum and hearing the history from our guide was amazing. Riding ATVs through the jungle trails was probably the boys’ favorite part. Swimming in the cavern cenote was refreshing after all of the other activities during the heat of the day. The lunch buffet was good and more food than I expected. The whole operation was so well ran, they were on time, safety conscious, and explained everything well. I recommend a waterproof bag/backpack for your belongings because you will have wet clothes to pack at the end of the day. I highly recommend this excursion!!

Amazing cenote experience! - Amazing cenote and impressive zip lines. The buffet was very good and fresh, try the pork. Harim was a great guide. Super friendly and thoughtful. He was super nice to the kids and kept things fun and lively. Most importantly, he took safety very seriously. You’d be lucky to have him as a guide.

The adventure of a live time - The day was fantastic The Tulum ruins , the lunch in the jungle, the underground river , snorkeling in the Akumal bay and most of all our guide Jamie Soberanis a very knowledgeable patient man. Jamie taught our group so much about the ruins and the Mayan history. The plants in the jungle, the underground river and fish in the ocean. Jamie was so kind with our grandchildren Liam and Ellie. He answered all their questions and they felt comfortable and safe with him especially when snorkeling. He kept a close eye on us all and gave me extra help and encouragement during the water activities. The day was truly amazing and non of us will ever forget it. Thank you Jamie you are very good at your profession. We hope to return to the Mayan Riviera in 2026 and we will definitely book with Aventuras Mayas again.. the Uhls and the Lindal’s

The guides make all the difference. - We had a fantastic tour and beautiful snorkeling. The highlight of the tour was our guide, Dalai. He was extremely knowledgeable about the sites we were visiting and many other aspects of the region. He had families with two different languages and explained everything patiently twice all day long. Even after a long day, he continued to engage in very interesting dialogue.

Tulum Ruins - Tulum is very beautiful! However we could have easily spent more time there to take in all the sites and see all the ruins. We had only 40 minutes there on our own after the quick 20 minute intro from the guide. So I would suggest more time in Tulum in order to take in everything.

Unique experience - We booked the Tulum adventure with a cave cenote swim and snorkeling in a lagoon! Overall was a great experience! The tour at Tulum was quite rushed with no time to explore on your own, but our guide, Fernando was awesome and super knowledgeable about the Mayan culture and the surrounding flora and fauna, etc! Lunch provided was good, but more basic- chicken rice beans and vegetables with chips or tortillas, but quite rushed again to get on with swimming in the cave cenote! That was an incredible and very unique experience- I highly recommend! The snorkel in the lagoon was beautiful as well- tons of gorgeous fish to see! Would recommend you bring your own snorkel- they only provide the face masks for both the cave and the cenote! Isabel was our guide for the swimming activities and she was great as well- super knowledgeable about the area and all the beautiful natural environments we are surrounded by and Mayan culture, etc! I would recommend the tour, but maybe have an earlier pick up time to give more time for each activity!
