Hiram Made This the Best Tour Experience Ever! 10/10 - My friend Shelly and I had an amazing time, and Hiram truly made this experience unforgettable. He was so informative and honestly the best guide I have ever had. From start to finish, he was attentive, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable about the history, which made everything even more meaningful. When fear kicked in, Hiram was so gentle and understanding while still being encouraging in exactly the right way. I never thought I would zip line into a cenote again, but thanks to him talking me through it, I did it and felt amazing afterward. That moment alone made the whole tour worth it. Snorkeling was one of my favorite parts of the experience. The water temperature was a bit colder in the enclosed cave, but nothing we could not handle, and it was still an incredible experience. I highly recommend renting the GoPro so you can take lots of pictures and videos, especially when you get to the ocean inlet. You will definitely want those memories. I cannot wait to go back to Mexico with my family, and I would never get bored doing this tour again. I could honestly go on and on about how great this experience was, but I will cut it short. Please go and ask for Hiram as your guide. You will not regret it.

Excellent Snorkeling Excursion - Wonderful excursion being able to snorkel in three different areas: cenote, underground river, and Lagoon. Luis was an excellent guide and took really good care of everyone. Loved that we were able to snorkel freely without having to follow a guide.

Fresh and salt water snorkeling tour - Great snorkeling tour by land! Our guide was very knowledgeable and helpful. We got to experience a cenote, cave and lagoon while learning about the area.

Cenotes and Isabel are a MUST! - Isabel was the best tour guide, ever. I would definitely request her every time we come back to vacation here in Playa Del Carmen, Cancun or Tulum! She and Miguel did a great job navigating driving and explaining everything to us. They also made special accommodations for people on the trip. We loved it so much and they were so attentive to everything! The cenotes and snorkeling were beautiful and a must-do.

Best Adventure of our Trip - This was the best adventure of our trip and we did 3 different guided adventures with 3 different companies. Alex and Gina were amazing excellent guides. They were hands on but not too pushy. The snorkeling was so much fun and we saw tons of fish. It was a fantastic day and worth every cent. Somehow we even lucked out and our party of 9 were the only people on our tour.

Transportation pick up - They did not pick us up at our Hotel - which was a little inconvenient. So you need to have enough time the day before to find the pick up spot.

Cenote - We had a great time. Isabelle is a fantastic tour guide - funny, knowledgeable, and outgoing. The cenotes were our favorite part of the tour.

Fun experience! - Cenote was beautiful, some cool small fish and blue lobsters to see as well as 45 mins free time to do zip lines or swim/snorkel. Caves were really cool, a highlight. Ocean snorkeling was pretty good, found it was hard to see most things as everyone’s flippers kick up the sand/minerals. Lunch buffet was ok.. not the best food, similar to buffet at hotel but on a smaller scale. I would recommend this tour over all.

Cenotes & Snorkeling - We were picked up from our resort at 8:00am and arrived at the tour office by 8:15am. From the moment we arrived, it was complete chaos, unorganized and confusing. Another group from our hotel was booked on the same tour, so when their name was called around 8:40am, I approached that bus. The driver immediately said we weren’t with them, without even checking his list, so I went back to wait. More buses came and went. More groups left. By 9:20am, after waiting over an hour, I finally asked someone what was going on. They asked for our name and excursion details, found us on their system, and then exchanged worried looks. I was told to sit down and that we’d be leaving “soon.” As I walked away, it was obvious they were scrambling to figure out what to do with us. About 15 minutes later, they introduced us to their “best driver,” escorted us to a van, and said the rest of our group would arrive shortly. Once loaded, the driver began explaining the day and spoke about the lunch we’d be having up, which immediately raised red flags. We had booked a half-day snorkeling tour and were supposed to be back at our hotel by 1:00pm. It quickly became clear they had put us on a full-day tour instead. We visited the same locations as the half-day tour but spent double the amount of time, plus over an hour at lunch. Unfortunately, there was nothing my daughter could eat, and since we planned for her to eat back at the hotel at 1:00pm, she ended up not eating until nearly 5:00pm. On the drive back, now after 4:30pm, I casually mentioned to our tour guide that it seemed like they forgot about us and just switched our tour instead of owning the mistake. He laughed, apologized, and showed me his participant list, we weren’t on it. We had simply been squeezed in. To be clear: the tour guide was amazing and truly did his best to make the day enjoyable given the circumstances. However, the tour operator completely dropped the ball. We missed all our afternoon plans, had no cell service so my husband was extremely worried when we didn’t return for over 4 extra hours, and our daughter went most of the day without food because we weren’t prepared for a full-day excursion or a lunch that did t take into consideration her dietary restrictions. This could have been handled so easily, by admitting the mistake, offering a refund, rebooking us for another day, or returning us to our hotel. Instead, they sent us on an excursion we did not book or consent to. Tour Guide: A++ Tour Operator: D- Honesty and communication would have gone a long way here.
