Jam packed and informative tour of Cozumel - Elsy gave us a great tour of the city to include site seeing, the ruins, and a great restaurant. She was personable and very knowledgeable about all aspects of the island. The driver was also very professional and the van was roomy, brand new, and with great air conditioning. We would definitely book with her and Arturo again.

A great alternative to the cruise ship excuse! - We did this instead of an excursion through our cruise ship, and were so glad we did! Elsy, our guide, and Manuel, our driver were great! Elsy was very informative and accommodating. We wanted to see the Mayan Cacao Company and the San Gervasio Ruins. We didn’t have enough reservations for either, but she called ahead and got us reservations at Mayan Cacao Company, and then she turned out to be an official tour of San Gervasio so we were able to pay her extra to be our private tour guide there. Then, she recommended a lovely place for lunch that was a place frequented by locals. Manuel had the van stocked with water and we felt very safe with him driving.

Awesome tour - Anna was very professional, knowledgeable and absolute delight! She took us to all of the places we wanted and had some great suggestions as well. Communication with staff before arrival was clear, pick up was on time and easy to get to. 100 %recommend Anna and this group for any tours of Cozumel!

A Great Day In Cozumel - There were six of us on this excursion, all of us in our 70s. We enjoyed the whole trip. Our guide was excellent. The excursion was leisurely. We never felt rushed. We made several stops and spent time driving the coastline. Our excursion was a great experience and well worth the price paid.

Cozumel tour outstanding! - A great day! Saw all the sights and our guide was super! Bar hopped along the coast and enjoyed the air conditioning in the van.

Awesome day wit Etsy and Jorge - Cozumel !! - We had an amazing day in Cozumel with Etsy and Jorge, they are the best!! Our cruise ship didn't dock as planned, we got off and asked for directions was told we had to walk 30mins, we decided to call and let them know but they were already aware and was waiting for us. They gave us options of places to visit since it was our first time and even took us to a newly open small eatery, had the best shrimp burrito, very tasty and everyone in our group enjoyed their meal. Had time for photos by the beach, souvenir shopping, learned about tequila & chocolate making and even stop for some local fruits and coconut water. Will definitely book again in the future- thank you Etsy and Jorge!!!

Book it! You won't regret it!!! - BOOK IT!!!! Elsy & Gonzalo were amazing. They really listened to what we wanted to do & made it happen. We squeezed a lot into 5 hours but also ran out of time because there is SO much to do! We are just a family of 4 and didn't need all the space but ended up happy to have it. About the tour company/staff: Very knowledgeable, professional, trustworthy, and on schedule. The van option is great for a family. Plenty of space, air conditioned, clean & safe. Gonzalo was an excellent driver in a sea of crazy drivers around you. Elsy could tell you anything you want to know & more! They even brought a cooler of bottled water which I did not expect. Nice! As for the tour itself: If you are looking to sit at one beach/beach club or even maybe only 2 places, this may not be best for you. And the company was honest about that from the beginning. At that point you are just paying for an expensive (although clean & safe!) taxi. I will say the taxis we saw (the legit ones with upfront costs that are fair) were also mostly big vans but packed to the gills with people and zipping around all crazy! The island itself is beautiful with much to see, but we would have missed so much without our trusty guides! And yes, this is private. No other tourists in your van or in a following van. I wondered if it was a caravan type trip like a lot of the jeep tours, but we were fully on our own. Oh & the communication via email, whatsapp, text etc was stellar. Never worried that we were getting blown off or whatever. They provided ideas in the weeks before check out & decide on.

Awesome day in Cozumel - We had the perfect day with Ricky as our guide. Not knowing what we wanted to do beforehand, Ricky gave us a list of options to choose from to plan our day. We did the tastings (tequila, chocolate, tortilla), a tour of the undeveloped part of the island and spent time at a beach resort (swimming, snorkeling, food/drinks). We were treated like family and really enjoyed our day … would recommend this tour to anyone who comes to visit the island.

Amazing-So Fun!!! - Aldair and Jesus (aka Chuey) did not disappoint!! They took care of everything for us, offered up some local stops for local treats in addition to ensuring we saw all the highlights we had wanted to see! We had four kids and four teens and our teens loved the team and had so much fun!! They know where to go and help make the trip an amazing experience and are just down to earth great guys!!! We will ask for them upon our next return and wouldn’t trust our experience with anyone else!!!
