Short walk worth the direct transportation - Easy to find. Only a short walk to the right as you exit the baggage claim area. Only about a block and your guide will be there with your name on a clipboard

Met our expectations - Met us outside the airport, and we were on our way to our hotel!!! Our driver was not very talkative but Goya to hotel in no time.

Experienced - On time and extremely efficient and friendly. The pick up from the airport was very smooth there was no confusion they were there ready for us.

Quick Service - Quick and easy service when you get to the island. The driver found me amonst a large group of people at the ferry terminal which was a pleasant surprise versus me trying to find them. If I would've known how cheap taxis were on the island, I would've waited to get a taxi until we got there and saved a LOT of money. Taxis are readily available all over the place on Cozumel.

Good ride. Bad instructions. - Our driver Raul was terrific. My complaint is that the instructions were not clear that we should drag our suitcases across the busy street from the airport, through the puddles to find him and our van. The directions were not explicit enough.

Sham, don’t use!!! - Never showed, told me another company would honor the ticket, they refused as this company doesn’t pay their bills. It’s a sham.
