LOVE THIS BEACH - Me and hubby absolutely loved this beach. We will be returning our next cruise. Teo took very good care of us. We highly recommend.

Day at the beach with the family! - Cruising for spring break with the family, we decided to spend the day on the beach. Mr. Sanchos was the perfect place. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and waited on by Joel and Tuk for foods and of course drinks. The weather was breezy, but we made the best of the pools. I highly recommended them this was our 3rd time and it was a charm!

Great place. Lived up to the hype - Place is huge so there was plenty of seating. Even with multiple cruise ships they had plenty of tables. The reclining chairs for sunbathing were a little less available. Plenty of pools and bathrooms were clean. It's fun to have the bar in the pool with the tables and seating in the pool. Waitstaff was attentive in bringing drinks and ordering food. Drinks were yummy but light on alcohol. I guess I'm not surprised with an all-you-can-drink package. We tipped our waitstaff and they were appreciative. No pressure from them.

9.9 out of 10 Mr Sanchos - $20 cab from our port to Mr. Sanchos. We were escorted to the front desk to check in for our reservation. Then, we were escorted to our private table with an attached cabana. Small attention to detail, our name was displayed on the table. Great touch. William, our server, was Johnny on the spot with drinks and food. Hands down, Will made the experience a 10 out of 10. The only con we felt were the tacos. I was hoping for a Mexico-style street taco. However, the chips, salsa, and shrimp ceviche were amazing. We ended the day with a 30-minute relaxing massage. I highly suggest upgrading for another 30 minutes. 100 percent amazing. Thanks, Will, for the awesome service.

Excellent choice for a beach day! - Relaxing atmosphere that was clean and well kept. The service was excellent! Recommend you request Edgar and Alex for your servers!

Viva la Mexico - Checo and Alex did great work on making our visit there pleasant and relaxing with lots of great food and drinks never requested anything from them and they checked on us if we needed had to anything We will go back to see Checo and Alex in the future

Nice resort - This is a very nice resort with good staff. They have a beautiful beach although be prepared for algae with some swim shoes! The water trampolines are fun for the kids. Food and drinks were all very good. They offered many add-on experiences as well. We did beachside massages (priced like US), horseback riding, and ATV rentals. All inclusive does not have tips so that is also an additional cost. It’s a beautiful place but expect to spend quite a bit of money if you’d like to take advantage of anything aside from food and drink.

, No rides to Mr. SaNchoose only 2 beer offerings ! Not Happy ! - They should have had a bus pick us up as I am not happy as it is 15 miles away from the cruise ship and all the people from the cruise ship are getting cabs ! Food was ok but they only had 2 beer offerings Tecate light or XX Dos Equis ? NoCorona :( ? Probably would not go back !

Overly crowded and hard to get service. - This visit is the 4th time I've visited Mr. Sanchos. I was very disappointed with how we were treated by the service staff here. I sat at a table being I wanted to have a lounger on the beach and a table by the lounger. I asked for it, but instead of being helped, they just pointed it out for me to look for it . So I went and looked. I found it near the floatation climbing apparatuses. I sat on the table and for 10 minutes, I kept looking around for someone to help me with service. A server names Johnny (very heavy set man) just kept passing by me as if I wasnt even there. So I finally stopped him and asked him if he could serve me. He said, he will and that he will be back. Well, another 10 minute went by as he again was just serving around me, he was completely ignoring me. I now called over another server who is younger and was serving on the next tables surrounding me. I told him that I have been waiting for over 20-25 mins. and nobody is helping me (with an irritated voice) and told him that Johnny told me that he would help me. But at this point I wasnt going to wait for service anymore, I told this young man that I am not happy with the "no service" i was getting and would like to talk to the manager. He was a bit taken back and started to say that he will take care of me and took my drink order. To make my long story short, here comes Johnny with my drink order and was suddenly was very nice to me and said that he will be my server and I can tell him whatever I like and that he will take care of me and my kids. My comment to the management of Mr, Sancho's is, If you are going to sell this much tickets to customers. Make sure you have enough servers to attend to your guests. We are on a time crunch as we are on a cruise. We dont have all day to be waiting on someone to serve us. I dont think it fair to any of the guests to be wasting their valuable time that they paid for just to sit around and get some attentiion from your staff. Besides, I get the feeling that your servers are gauging the guests if they will tip them well or not. Which is again, not good customer service. I hope you take this comment in great consideration as I tell people all the time about this place. But from my recent experience, I might stop doing this.
