Loved every second - Thanks to Tourballon Travel Experiences, I didn’t just see one of the Seven Wonders of the World — I felt connected to it. I’m so grateful for the experience and can’t recommend them highly enough if you’re planning a trip to Chichen Itza!

It was a long full day of... - It was a long full day of activities. Lot's to see. Excellent excursions to Tulum, Coba, the kuxkal cenote and Playa del Carmen. However, bring water and food for the morning, as the lunch is late, after 3pm

Culture, Cool Stops and Cold Drinks! - This tour really delivered. Chichen Itza was impressive as expected! Our guide Israel had a great vibe, informative without overloading us. The cenote stop was great, there you can take your lunch after the fresh dive and having cold drinks handed out on the bus made the ride way better. Lunch was tasty, the bus was comfy and the whole expereince felt well thought out. Would totally recommend if you want a stress-free way to see something epic.

First stop: Chichen Itza, no doubts! Great value trip! - We planned Chichen Itza as the first place to visit once in Mexico, booking this trip was totally worth it! It includes fewer stops than others. Having all covered, like entry fees, drinks, food, taxes... turns it into a great value choice. It honestly exceeded our expectations. Mary from Tourballoon had been our guardian angel. We booked a bit out of time and she went above and beyond to secure our spots. We highly recommend this experience!

Does what they promise! - Good. 4.7 Stars. But listen, there is quite a bit of waiting at the beginning as the various mini-vans run around the City picking folks up; and finally depositing us all at one herding spot. That process took 2 hours (630 AM to 830 AM). My own travel time was say 30 mins. So the extra 1.5 hrs was waiting for other tourists. This should be expected, I suppose, but it could have been laid out in the ad. The guides were phenoms! Personable, authentic, funny, encouraging, informative and most importantly, professional. My 0.3 stars under 5 stars are strictly due to my waiting. Guides were: Alex, Luigi, Roberto, and...? Love them.

English translations hard to follow - Of course Chichen Itza was amazing as were the other stops. Only complaint was while guide spoke good English, his Spanish and English translations ran into each other so very hard to know what was going on most of the time. Other than that the guides were all very friendly and helpful

Not worth the money. Do it on your own! - I gave this 2 stars purely for the misunderstandings. I love touring countries, but the pickup and drop off process was really long. The bus was freezing and when asked to time the air down it was a hard no. The guide was very sweet, but when we went to the different villages or tour the chichen itza, he dropped us off with a man who definitely was making things up and mixing up his history. I am not an expert and this was not a language barrier, the National Geographic website pretty much proved him wrong. With that, I toured the place on my own and read the various websites with my friends. The cenote was beautiful, but the Buffett was not worth it at all. The food was not good and it felt a bit dirty in there. Again, I get that it’s a totally different place and you can’t cater to everyone, but for the amount of money that I paid, it was not worth it.
