Must try - This experience was a million times better than expected. Gaby and Axel were amazing. I saw two sting rays, several fish jumping from the water, and so many other fauna. Axel was very knowledgeable and a highly skilled kayaker. He guided us through the mangroves and provided water/fruit. I was struggling learning how to kayak but he had so much patience. 100% would do again

Fantastic kayaking experience in Cancun - Absolutely wonderful experience! We had Axel as our guide and it ended up just my wife and myself so it was more like a private tour. It was so calm and peaceful on the water, and Axel was great sharing facts and wildlife with us as we wxplored rhe lagoon. We ended seeing four different types of herring, puffer fish, crabs, and rays and got to traverse inside natural channels between the magroves! It was a fantastic start to our vacation and Gabby was wonderful throughout the booking process and Axel was amazing for the tour.

Great experience for the money! - Overall a fantastic tour for the money. Our guide Axel was so kind and accommodating. He did the tour in English with just me and my husband as we were the only 4:00pm but also did some Spanish because he knew we were trying to immerse with some Spanish experience. I was 28 weeks pregnant at the time and they were incredibly accommodating-helping me on and checking on me once in awhile. The area was beautiful and we saw almost all the wildlife from the description. The only problem was finding the location (just past the Residence Inn Hotel). It’s not marked so you need to make sure you have wifi or service a bit before the tour so you can see their messages. If you ride a bus, the nearest stop to the meeting point is about 2 km (not bad unless you’re pregnant! :))

nice outing - guide was friendly, kind and fun. Mangroves are beautiful to travel through. Kayaks were tandem or individual. I'd recommend tandem with kids. Kayaks are not that comfortable.

A must do for those who enjoy learning about ecological systems - Excellent way to get introduced to the eco system of the Nichupte lagoon. You will see be introduced to the Mangrove forests and their varieties, different kinds of birds like a herons, Albatros etc. Our guide Axel was super friendly and knowledgable. I totally recommend it for those who enjoy a quiet enriching experience rather than a disruptive speedboat.

Bad business integrity... - I want to clarify that we never did this tour and that this bad review concerns the provider's business integrity. When we made our reservation, the description indicated that snorkeling equipment would be provided, which anyone would (and should) interpret as snorkeling was part of the included activity. Snorkeling was the main reason we decided to purchase their activity. However, we were informed upon arrival that they stopped offering snorkeling activity since the pandemic. We were very disappointed and asked if we could get a refund. Considering it was their mistake to include that information in the description, they were willing to refund us the money we paid even though the deadline for a full refund had passed. We were highly disappointed to learn the provider later went back on their word and refused to refund us with Viator. Of note, we have them say they would do that on video! While I cannot attest to the quality of their tour, I would advise anyone to be cautious when using a provider that values $148 more than their business integrity… :(

Don’t take this horrible trip - Don't take this tour, it's scary. I arrived at the meeting point at the designated time, but I didn't see anyone. After waiting for a while, I contacted the operator asking for help, but no one responded. I contacted customer service, and the service was very slow. Then half an hour later, I suddenly received a reply from the operator saying that I missed the tour as a no show. More importantly, after I took photos of the "attractions". The operator actually followed me and secretly photographed me and threatened me. I have never had such an experience. I thought that most of the people in Mexico were simple people, but here they were actually subjected to physical attacks.
