Magical kayak tour in Cancun - It was such a fun experience, especially if you’re from a city/suburban area. You get to see this huge beautiful lagoon on a kayak at your own pace. We got lucky, it was just my friend and I for the 4 pm tour. It was surreal cause at times we had the lagoon all to ourselves. Lots of birds to see, little crabs, fishes. Nature! The meeting point was a little hard for us to find, so get there a little early so you have time to figure out where to go. You can also call your point of contact for help. We loved it!

One of the highlights of our trip! - My boyfriend, Jim, and I had the most incredible time kayaking in the lagoon! It was great because we were the only 2 on that specific tour; so we got a private tour. Axel was an incredible tour guide! He was so informative about nature and animals and such and answered all of our questions; he was extremely knowledgeable. He went at our pace and would stop so he could take pictures of us, and we could take pictures of different things. It was just so chill and cool; definitely one of the highlights of our trip. Going through the narrow mangroves was super cool! You definitely want to wear swimming attire, as you will get wet. Axel and Gabby were very professional and helpful. It was absolutely worth it and the price was very reasonable!

FANTASTIC TIME ON THE WATER - Fantastic time on the water! Our guide, axel was kind and informative about the birds, trees, sealife, and the lake in general. Very nicely paced, great little snack and water half-way. Overall, excellent experience... well worth the price!

Nice kayak paddle - It was fun to see some nature and paddle through the mangroves. You don't see much wildlife, just mangroves the whole time. The kayaks were pretty nice, though you do get a little wet, but that felt nice since there's not much shade. The wind and the currents were sometimes a little strong. Our guide was nice and told us some interesting facts and knew some cool paths so we didn't get lost. He also took some photos of us. We paddled at a pretty leisurely pace and could take breaks at any time.

Don't go, with these people !!! - If possible to give a more negative rating I would. We tried to cancel due to high winds and the tour operator wouldn't accept our cancellation request, even though it was before the deadline to cancel. When we showed up the next day at the appointed place, there was no signage or tour group there. The launch site seems to be at a local dock and swimming hole, however none of the people swimming there knew about kayak tours. When we inquired about the tour at the hotel, which is 50 yards away, they had no indication of when the people show up. We waited around past the appointed launch time and they never showed. When contacted after wards they were very defensive and confrontational. We are looking at ways to recover our money as we pre booked. It was the only disappointing experience in an otherwise great Mexican vacation.
