Exquisite and Delicious! Great cooking experience. - Seamless and well structured cooking experience! The staff was lovely and very welcoming. We were greeted with a welcome drink and offered refreshing drinks throughout. The course meals were extremely delicious and quickly served. We got a close-up experience to Mayan cuisine by undertanding the flavors, mix and by making our own Guac and corn tortillas. I highly recommend if you're interested to learn more about the Mayan culture and cuisine!

Awesome Experience - Our experience was wonderful, and our host was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed this. There was plenty of food. First time to Cozumel and learning about Mayan food and the preparation that went into it years ago was a great experience.

Fascinating and tasty Mayan Food Tour - The narration of the Mayan people coupled with explaining how the Mayan food and drinks along with Spanish imports and impact of foods was fascinating. Everything was very tasty and more than we could eat. The Mayan Cooking Tour was in a shopping center across fron the cruise pier (a very easy walk). We loved it!

Worth Your Time & Money - This experience was a little hard to find. Viator should explain the location a little better - it is across from the cruise terminal in the Ix Kool restaurant. Other than that, this was a fun and informative way to spend the afternoon. My husband and I love trying different foods and try to take a cooking class wherever we go on our travels. It really helps you understand the culture and perspective of the place. A note - go hungry! There's a lot of food for you to make & try. I only wish there would have been a booklet with recipes to take home.
