Fantastic experience. Bad instructions. - Anna, the Cuban roller, does such a great job teaching. This is our second time going and it was even better. Also serve authentic mojitos during the rolling class and they are delicious. Gives you a much greater appreciation of the making of a cigar. *Viatours intructions for the meeting place are all outdated and almost caused us to miss the tour. We had to call the beach resort on our dime to find out where to meet.

Incredible experience!! - This was so much fun. The roller and her assistant are great, and make sure you have a fantastic experience and leave with a perfect cigar. They teach you how to roll a cigar the Cuban way. I now know how to make a "triple cap"!!

Great Cuban Cigar class but not great beach to hand out. - The cigar class was amazing! So much we learned on how to roll cigars! The staff was superb. Highly recommend taking this class and learning how Cuban cigars are rolled. Afterwards we were allowed to stay at the beach and eat. I would not recommend this place to go and hang out at all day. If you are looking for cheap everything then you found your place. Was not impressed with the food or the beaches. Drinks were hot and not a lot of alcohol.

Ana and her crew #1, for a great experience - Ana and her her young lady assistant made this a memorable experience. They provided mojitos as we learned and attempted our skills at rolling a cigar. Both my wife and I went to this activity while on the Celebrity beyond cruise. I learned a whole lot more of the different types of Tobacco to roll a cigar. Both my wife and I each rolled a cigar and they are currently in my humidor aging. Cant wait to try it out. Made me appreciate what it takes to make a fine hand rolled cigar. I recommend this activity.

Perfect class for cigar lovers - The cigar class was wonderful! Would highly recommend the class to any cigar lover. Viator needs to update their pickup directions. The email stated that we needed to meet about two blocks away from the port and references a restaurant that hasn’t been in business since Covid. After waiting in the location as directed for 30 minutes we called the number for Playa Mia on the confirmation and was told the pick up is now located inside the port. This made us late for the class, but fortunately they were able to wait for us. We did not stay long on the beach, no shade available and it was a very hot and sunny day. Returned to ship early.

NOT Cuban. That’s disappointing - This is a hard one. The folks were great. My biggest concern is the fact that the name implies a Cuban cigar experience…and it’s not. Everything states it is, but they said it was a Mexican cigar. Big sell on Cuban, but doesn’t deliver. Kind of misleading and I don’t like that. Having said all that, it was a fun class with some great mojitos! Oh, on site photography tried selling us pics for 75 USD. Don’t think she was connected with the cigar class, but part of a group from the complex.
