Awesome day - To be clear this is a private trip that will include a driver for you and your booked guest only. I booked for myself and 2 kids, so 4 of us total in a jeep. It is what you make of it. The ocean was a bit rough so we didn’t snorkel and Julio was amazing and made the trip customizable. We asked to stop and get some fruit from the street vendors and so he did. I recommend looking up a few places close to your port that you would like to see. Overall the trip was great. Julio was knowledgeable and the food was delicious.

A great day on Cozumel with Julio - We had great fun on our day trip to Cozumel with our guide Julio Cesar. We met Julio near the ferry and he asked how we'd like to spend the day. We said we birdwatch, enjoy hiking and are looking forward to snorkeling. Julio planned the day around that. We hopped in his jeep and went to Buena Vista ranch and from there he took us on a hike to see some Maya ruins, several caves and to some good birding spots. He was knowledgeable and patient and always answered all our questions. After the hike we had a drive by the ocean, then lunch near the snorkel shop. We snorkeled for an hour and saw many wonderful fish. I was worried we might be overrun by cruise ship day-trippers but we were not. The were only a few others in the water with us. We were dropped off back at the ferry. Julio also offered some good recommendations for dinner on Cozumel. We ate overlooking the sunset then caught the ferry back to the mainland.

Great Experience! - This was a great experience. Our guide was Jonathan, and he was wonderful, engaging, and knowledgeable. We were able to customize our experiences, and chose the Mayan Ruins, ATV through the jungle, and Jade caverns. These excursions did cost extra. The lunch was nothing to write home about, but it wasn’t horrible. As other reviewers have said, make sure to bring plenty of cash.

Great tour with best guide! - Great tour of the island with various interesting locations. Gerry, our guide was very knowledgeable about all of the places he took us. He knew his stuff. The Cedral Caverns were the highlight of the day. Our lunch at the snorkel stop was super good. Enjoyed the entire day! Recommended for sure!

Private Cozumel Jeep Tour with Snorkeling - Jonathan was an excellent guide. Pretty much did whatever we wanted to during the day. Snorkeling on the west side of the island was wonderful. Highly recommend this excursion.

I selected hotel pick-up... - I selected hotel pick-up and I had to get there by myself the nect morning when I got a call. Also I asked for french speeking guide and didnt had. Once I got the Cozumel, I waited 45 minutes to get pick-up in a rundown Jeep. If I had known, I would have cancelled it. The guide was nice and wanted to please us.

A Big Disappointment - Do not book this trip!! We were so very disappointed ! We couldn't find the jeep driver. We were told to meet in the plaza after getting off the ship but there were no one there. It took us 45 minutes searching in the town to find him and so our trip was very rushed. Lunch was terrible and did not include any soda or juice. Tequila tour was a farce. No tour just a guy trying to sell us tequila. We said we didn't care to go there as we don't like or drink tequila but he insisted as if we didn't have any choice. So much for customizing your trip. We were so looking forward to this trip. Now we know to always always book the tours through the ship.

Not as advertised - Hello, we would like to share our review of the jeep excursion that we took yesterday, February 10. I think the first thing is that to get to the location to meet the driver was not the easiest to decipher but we did make it there and the driver waited for us. This review is not necessarily about the driver, but it is about the overall experience of the excursion. The first thing is that the vehicle that was not only horrible and not something we would choose to pay to ride in, but it was in terrible shape as well. The seats were broken to the point where I had to squeeze past the passenger seat to get to the backseat, which ended up continually being painful for me as a female. My husband could not sit in the back and trade with me because if I couldn’t get through it, he was not going to get through it. I am an average size woman, but I would feel even more terrible for any female trying to get into that backseat that is not built like a child. Secondly, the vehicle had seatbelts that did not work the interior was extremely dirty and extremely uncomfortable. The driver did his best to try to give us history of Cozumel, but who could hear him for the massive amount of wind that was going through the car. He had no headset to make sure that everyone in the car could hear what he was saying, so I basically was lost as far as receiving information for the entire trip. Additionally, you could tell that the driver was uncomfortable placing us in a vehicle, because what was advertised was a four-door Jeep that looked newer, looked more comfortable, and had options as it relates to how much air we wanted flowing through the vehicle. This trip cost us a lot more than just money and we want you to consider Giving us a full refund. The place where we went to eat was also not as described it was OK the food was just OK but the beach was not a beach at all. It was a rocky area that had nowhere if anyone wanted to just lounge in the sand. Nothing that this company advertise was what it was supposed to be, and we feel that our money was basically stolen. I also have pictures to back up what I’m saying about the cleanliness of the jeep and the unsafe nature of not being able to put on a seatbelt. I will be posting this on mini sites just to make sure that no one else has to go through this. I will also reach out to friends and family who either run or have contacts within the travel agency world to also let them know not to get deceived by this company. The tour guide Julio was great however.
