Claudio the BEST tour guide! - Claudio made the tour with my daughter and I amazing. Tequila taste, lunch, a view of the east coast, snorkeling, you name it. He adapted the day to our needs. He is very knowledgeable about the island. Happy and energetic. Not boring at all. And got us back to our cruise ship way before we needed to be. So do not stress about booking with him.

Great history of the island. - Had a great time and learned a lot about the island. The buggy was worn out and looked much better on the advertisement than in person. Food good. Not enough time to snorkel

Scammed o - Booked the tour thru the melia ( shame on them). Our tour guide carlos was kind but at the same time took us to a tequila tasting where we were lied to and scammed. The ride around town was nice , the fajita place was decent, snorkel spot was nice. BUT THEN… we were taken to a tequila, chocolate, hot sauce tasting.. we were scammed into thinking the tequila we bought was only made in mexico, one of a kind and was worth MORE than the 200.00 dollars we paid. ONLY to get home and research the tequila only to find out it is available in the US and online for 60.00. Sad they are making a living scamming tourist with a smile on their face . I will definitely be extra careful purchasing anything outside the US. Stay awayfrom any tour involving this tequila tasting location

When we first got there,... - When we first got there, we were automatically approached about how Carlos’s family depended on us giving them cash he thought I was a joke when he said $100 or $200 to me at the end would be nice throughout the whole time he kept requesting money to his family then when we get to the vehicles, the other family that was with us was expecting buggies we got a buggy that was about to fall apart and a convertible Mustang, which is not considered a buggy then when we got to the tequila spot, he requested to add another couple that were Hispanic, who did not speak English to ride with me and Logan and a separate convertible Mustang that showed up so we switched vehicles three times because again we get to the restaurant which by the way was very little food and very very disgusting compared to my first time ever coming to Cozumel. This was my second and it was a terrible experience then we had a chance to get back to our vehicle and Carlos says that the Hispanic man and wife that showed up wants to drive and he’s going to let them drive instead of us , the other family and I sat down when we got to our last destination and we were only given 30 to 40 minutes left to snorkel and Daughter was given a life jacket way too big for her and it was choking her in the water they wouldn’t even let her swim because only snorkeling that day which was very odd, they said the same thing I said we paid to have buggies like the picture showed. That’s why it’s called buggy as excursions right? None of us were happy that seven people even the two that showed up halfway that were Hispanic weren’t pleased. Like I said, this was my second time to Cozumel. I came back because the experience before was amazing this time I was so unhappy.

This tour did not deliver... - This tour did not deliver as promised. I felt I was being nickled and dimed by tour gide's family members at each designated stop. The food was terrible. And the cars were not as described.

Very dangerous vehicles. STAY AWAY! - Absolutely stay away from this tour. The buggy’s are in very poor condition and dangerous. Don’t let the pictures fool you. Maybe years ago it was a good tour but definitely the worst I’ve ever been on. Our guide was also 45 min late and lied about who she was. We heard some one call her by her name at the beach. Rene / Maria. You’re busted! She took us backwards on the tour. Started with the lunch at some cheesy market compound. Food was ok, rice, beans choice of meat and tortilla wraps. Two beer and a cup of pico was $12 extra. The tequila tasting place says you can only buy their product at the tasting facility, which is BS. Same tequila is sold at numerous places on the island and cost less. The snorkeling beach is rocky and the water is murky, we didn’t bother going in the water. The waiter service at this beach charges $5 US per soda and expects to be tipped. This review might sound like a whiner but I’ll tell you I’ve been on a lot of tours and excursions and this one bites Total rip off

Do not put your life at risk! - We booked the tour online. The tour operator office does not exist, we called them and were picked up at a random spot in the street. The company delivered a buggy and a Mustang car but both sets of customers had asked for a buggy. Myself and another couple complained and the manager arrived saying they only have the two cars (buggy and Mustang). We went to inspect the cars. The tyres were bald, rubber parts were hanging off the car, the interior of the cars were damaged. We asked for a refund, we were told to call viator but then the tour guide drove off. We signed no documents for insurance or wavier. I could write more but I have a word limit. Do not use this company.
