Early start but worth it!! - A long day but really great. We left 5am but it was organised really well as we got to the pyramids before the rush and before the heat got too out of control. The coach was clean and comfortable, breakfast was provided along with drinks and the guide Rodolfo was really friendly and knowledgable. The Pyramids were great but there are lots of vendors that call you over. Good souvenirs and you can haggle too though. For me the Cenote was a highlight, it was beautiful! We brought swim shoes but they weren't needed, life jackets were mandatory and provided and you can hire a locker for 30 pesos. Cenote location was really clean and the food served was good too. I would recommend to everyone!

Chichen Itza, Cenote, Vallalodid Tour was great! - We got our tickets through Xcaret website directly. We got picked up at our hotel in Hilton Tulum then transported to Xel Ha to take another bus to Chichen Itza. They provided breakfast sandwiches, muffin and juice boxes. The bus was very comfortable and it had bathrooms which was a plus! Our English tour guide in Chichen Itza was Fabian and he was amazing. Very informative and helpful. He also took great pics of our family. Our main tour guide was Armando and he was good. Once in Chichen Itza, they provided water bottles and umbrellas which was a very nice touch. After touring Chichen Itza, our bus had a problem with the A/C, it stopped working. The tour guides and bus driver were very helpful and they kept us informed on what was going on. They provided very cold drinks and cold wipes to cool us down. There wasn’t much delay to our trip besides driving in non functioning A/C bus for 20-30 minutes to reach the cenote. Once we got to the cenote the replacement bus was waiting for us. When we got to the cenote, they ran out of lockers for us to use. But Fabian one of our guides heard me ask about the lockers and he heard that they ran out. So he offered to grab and store my stuff back to the bus so I don’t have to get stuck with our stuff during the cenote swim activity. I thought that was very helpful and considerate of him! I truly appreciated that extra effort to help. The cenote was very nice. The lunch at La Casona de Valladolid was delicious. The town was very quaint and we felt safe walking around. The restaurant specializes in pork Pibil tacos and they were delicious! Their spinach/ cucumber agua fresca also was great! Overall, we had a great time! And would recommend this tour.
