Turtles and Cenote - Knowledgeable guide, Cenote swim was fascinating, saw tarantula on a formation. Swim with turtles interesting, my 2 sons loved the snorkeling in general fun. The top for my wife and I was the lunch. Expected just a snack but it was all wood fired chicken. Great lunch. I found all the tour people friendly and engaging. Pick up prompt. Saw other tours, they all looked happy too

Unique sites and good value - The day of our visit had choppy water at Akumal bay, though despite this we still saw several turtles and plenty of fish including sting ray and barracuda. The cenote cave was the highlight. Our guide took us swimming through an underwater cave / river which was a truly unique Experience to anything we have ever done before!

WORST EXPERIENCE FROM ANY TOUR COMPANY EVER! - SCAM SCAM SCAM and nothing else but a SCAM. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. This company is used by AIR CANADA Vacations to represent them at the hotels. The representative Alan Barrera Marquez assured my husband and I that it was best to book our excursions through him as he was the official AIR CANADA Vacations representative and that he will personally take care of any issues we might have. I guess this is what most manipulative sales people use to scam innocent people. We had booked 4 different excursions during our 7 day vacation in Mexico. We completed 3 out of the 4. The last excursion was scheduled by Alan to be on Wednesday January 17th even though our departure date was Thursday January 18th. On Wednesday morning at 8:57AM I receive a message from Alan that the excursion was cancelled due to bad weather. He advised me that they were not going to refund the excursion but rather that I can use it the next time I come to Mexico. To give you a little perspective, the last time I was in Mexico was 9 years ago. I told Alan while it was no fault of theirs or mine as a matter of fact that the weather was poor, I wanted them to refund my money as I don't come to Mexico all the time. I am sure that the majority of people reading this review would probably understand why I would not want $375USD worth of excursions to be on "standby" for the next time I come to Mexico. I also believe that any proper business would give their customers their money back. It is not my fault that the excursion was cancelled and it is also not my fault that I was leaving the following day to come back to Canada. The representative if he was knowledgeable and experienced probably should not have booked a weather dependent activity for the "last" real day of our vacation. When I called the Coming 2 office, one lady by the name of Paula told me to speak to Alan again and to tell him to refund my money. When I went to speak to Alan immediately after speaking to Paula, he had left the hotel. I called Paula back and she told me not to worry, to just message Alan and that he would take care of it. I am attaching the screenshot of my message to him and you can see that even though he received the message, he never opened it and he never even posted a response back. On Thursday at the Airport in Cancun, I frantically called Coming 2 again only to be told by some other representative that there is nothing that they can do and that I was never told that I could get a refund. The confirmation that was e-mailed to me for the excursion did not state that it was non refundable and further more it was never me that cancelled the excursion to begin with. This company is just looking to SCAM people. They have 0 customer service and I would never recommend them to anyone. SCAM SCAM SCAM and nothing else but a SCAM. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
